They didn't seem to know anything about U-haul, nor what we were trying to accomplish in the "drop off". they basically told us to try an unscheduled location they knew was closed. Luckily a gentleman saw me struggling with the weight of the trailer and offered to help. Finally we were able to dump it and leave 😡
