Make sure that when a truck is dropped off to be picked up by a customer that the truck is cleaned. We had found dog poop and bugs all in the back of the truck. Was told by pickup location to take it and wash it out so we don't get fined for it. Very upsetting

Even though the truck was not real clean the service was courteous and prompt.
Be sure to have all the equipment that the customer is needing. We were not able to rent a dolly (used a furniture dolly) and we were not able to rent a 4 wheel furniture mover.
The a/c kept stopping so the trip was really hot. It rained on the trip and the windshield wipers should have been replaced months ago.

Rather rent from this location then the one on N W expressway. Due to the location on NW Expressway on allow you to rent for four hours. The person at this location is super nice and friendly.
