If I had known I was going to charged an extra 20 dollars for bringing the truck back after hours I would have brought it back sooner. But when I said I would have it back by 9 at the latest the guy said all that meant was we would have to use our phone and the drop box to return the truck, not that we would be charged an extra 20 dollars. My expense went from reasonable to ridiculous.

Truck was in poor shape, had been in some sort of accident with zip ties holding the lower bumper on. Steering and brakes are in desperate need of service. The employees were more interested in talking about apartments and cars amongst each other rather than helping customers. Not to mention cussing constantly. I will never use Uhaul again after this experience.
