Employees need to understand that customers don't frequently hang out at uhaul and know all the rules, so to have a shitty attitude when not knowing where to park or what the drop off rules are is complete bullshit. Other then that it's great.

The trailer needed a whole drilled in the ramp to hold it in place. The guy in Ogden fixed it in short time. The trailer traveled well at highway speeds. No complaints except the needed repair


The young lady that checked me in was very friendly and attentive. The process was very quick. I informed her of the issues with the trailer. The condition, the difficult lift door operation, but most importantly, the trailer swayed terribly and the brake locking system engaged often. My speed had to be kept around 50mph for the entire 1400 mile, "White Knuckle" trip. I had numerous travelers pulling the exact same size trailer passing me at 65-75mph. I know this is in excess of the posted 55mph speed, yet nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed in the way the trailer pulled. This particular trailer should be taken out of service!

Great work. No problems at all. Staff were very helpful, courteous and professional.


Bad front light, dirty truck, especially the outside. Wanted me to return truck3/4 full on fuel but gave me 2/3rds. Needed more mileage than given (15 more). Had to pick up trailer after loading truck and your computer wanted to charge me double.


First of all not a single employee was wearing a mask!! Second, I felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. I truly felt that when I walked in there not a single employee (3 in view) said hello and I literally had to start the conversation. During the process off being checked in, I heard one of the employees were talking about an upcoming day and the other employee said "how may reservations are there?". The employee said none... then the other said oh good!! That will be nice and I hope it stays that way.

I have no improvement suggestions for the rental facility. But I did have problems with your corporate infrastructure. For renting auto transport, your website asks lots of due-diligence sorts of questions to ensure the vehicle being towed and the vehicle doing the towing are compatible with the trailer. That's great. But the website doesn't seem to remember the settings or allow them to be edited, so I ended up spending hours answering questions that became tedious and a waste of time. Your call center was a little more helpful, but screwed up the order and set up a transaction the rental facility could not do. For the next customer, you could give them a better website experience and improve coordination between your call center and your rental facilities.


Offer a military discount.


When I realized we were going to be making a move the ONLY place I could think about was UHAUL. After the move was over I decided that these people deserved a score of 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. We were completely satisfied with all their help and assistance.

The online check-in was not user friendly and took so much longer than just going to the counter. The van had the check oil light on. Need to do maintenance on the vehicles. The attendants seemed more interested in checking in trucks instead of helping check people out.


Well I ordered a trailer, prior renter shredded a tire. So instead of a trailer we used a car Dolly. It worked great, no problems at all. The staff was awesome. I will for sure be using Uhaul again from this location. Thank you


Cabin seats were covered in dog hair - really gross.


I rent a uHaul trailer a couple times a year it seems, and in the past I dreaded going to uHaul because, despite entering all my info on line, it seemed to take forever to get the trailer. Not this time. In less than 2 min they had processed me in and I was out the door where they quickly and safely hooked up the trailer. When I returned, same thing. I didn't have to go find someone, they met me at the drop off site and had me on my way in just a few min. BEST uHaul experience ever. Thank you!

I came in and rented a uhaul and that went good. Rep was awesome checking me out. When I returned it, I was sure to stop by common cents and fill up to where the line stated on paper snd got charged a fuel charge. I called and because I didn't obtain a photo, Jeff said there's nothing he can do. I think they took advantage of the fact I had to get to work and after exterior inspection I had to go. Very low class in my book.

The problem I have is more with U-Haul and not with Ogden. I reserved the device from a place closer to home. It said they had the device, so I reserved it and raced off to get it. When I arrived he said he hadn't had one for five weeks and I would need to go to the other location. I was not happy!

They charged me an after hours return fee when the contract was written where I had to return the equipment after hours. It took me 45 min on the phone with 3 different people to get it fixed

I rented a cargo van. The person who assisted me said the gas tank was full when I was leaving the pickup spot. It was NOT full, it was between the 3/4 line and the full line, and when I filled it, it went PAST the full line! It's supposed to be $19.95 base rate plus .69 per mile. I got in the cargo van and the mileage was 2,681. I estimated I would be driving the van about 30 miles while I had it. When I dropped it off, it was at 2,702; 21 miles. She said I went 24 miles. I spent $20 to fill it up (to pretty much drive 20 miles) plus the .69 per mile rate, plus the $19.95 base rate. When I acknowledged that at drop off, she ignored my concerns and shrugged them off. Sure it would have been different had it been her money...
