I arrived at my pick-up location 15 minutes before the office closed. Multiple employees "turned to" immediately processing the Rental Agreement, inspecting both my SUV and guiding me through an inspection and Operational Test of the trailer. Great teamwork and a great attitude- especially considering the late hour I arrived!!! The trailer was clean and well maintained. It passed all lighting, door lock, and tire and tread standard Inspection on my first Operational Testing! I departed their lot with a high level of confidence in the trailer… At my destination, the unloading of the trailer delayed my arrival at the U-Haul drop off point. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed. As before, multiple personnel assisted me. While several disconnected and handled my trailer other team members processed my contracting. I was expecting to be turned away since it was nearly their closing time but they went straight to work for me. Their attitude and responsiveness prevented me from incurring another days Rental! The need for me to get a trailer was unexpected and my scheduling prevented me from picking up and returning the trailer at reasonable times. But "Team U-Haul" at Rhino Linings in Ogden, UT and at C&A Pet & Livestock Supply, Laramie, WY made it happen for me! Whatever my need is in the future I will look to U-Haul first!
