We arrived at the drop off location at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Monday. The drop off location was closed. (No note or reason as to why) We called the phone number on our contract, no one answered. We left the trailer there, returned home, called uhaul, telling you we dropped off trailer and no one was there to check it in. I was told they would check the trailer in when they open back up on Tuesday and would send us an email verification. However on Tuesday we still did not receive an email and the website showed we still had the trailer. So we had to call again. On Wednesday the website still showed we had the trailer, and we had to call yet again. We were put on hold, then disconnected and had to call yet again. We finally received our email confirmation after 4 phone calls. Terrible customer service, we should not have had to call over and over to get our trailer checked in. .

Ordered some equipment and then when I got there they didn't have it. Very disappointed in this experience, puss poor compared to previous experience. Don't know if would use this location again.

They tried to charge me for an extra day when I even dropped it off a day early. While an employee was there and I was told I was free to go. I had already spoken via telephone to another U-Haul employee that it had been turned as well.

Nothing to do with this location - but it'd be nice if Uhaul would update their locations on their website. Both of my original "preferred" locations were closed! It all worked out, and I'd use Uhaul again, but it was pretty annoying.

There were so many issues with my move it is almost impossible to list them all. First, we did not receive a phone call the night before pick up to confirm, then, the truck was not available at my reserved location, I had to drive 40 miles each way to pick up a truck. Then, even though I had done a pre check in, we waited 45 minutes at the location (with no one else there to pick up) because the computer systems were not working. Finally we were handed the keys and told to just go. We never saw a contract, or even signed anything. I had hired movers to help and consequently, I had to pay a substantial amount more for the movers since we were over 2 hours longer moving. Upon returning the truck to the location on the end of the move, our contract could not be found. Another 40 minutes while they searched and had to call in to their moving coordinators before we could check the truck in. The customer service rep who checked us in filed a complaint for us because of the mishap checking in and I was told that we would be notified within 24 hours for more information. It has now been 3 days and we still have not been notified. I will be contacting the BBB to file an official complaint against UHaul.
