Only comment was that you have to be careful with the sliding door . It flew up and the latch was wedged in on top.

The gentlemen, "G" is what he goes by, that worked on the lot attaching trailers was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and very efficient in getting the trailer loaded with my wife's car. The front desk staff was also very helpful.

Yes only if the manager was not there. He's not a friendly person. 1. I paid him cash for the unexpected extra day I needed the trailer. 2. He gave me my coin cash but not the payer cash I was due back. 3. No receipt. 4. When I call my credit card to find out how much my card was charged so I could pay it off they told me there were 2 charges to my card from Uhaul. One for the initial 2 days and once for the extra day. So did I pay twice for the extra day once by c/c and in cash as well? Upon returning to the location I ask and he told me the charge would "drop off" what ever that means. My c/c said the charge had all ready gone thru. When I told him he only gave the coin change he questioned me several times as if I was lying. He did give me the $2 and a receipt. Problem is the receipt was for all 3 days and not itemized so if the charge goes through how do i dispute it. Nothing is shown that I paid cash on the reciept. When I made the reservation I was told the c/c was going to be used to hold the trailer and would not be billed until I returned the trailer. I was fine with that because i told them once i returned it i wanted to pay cash and not use my card and was told i could do that. Yet my card was billed twice before i even returned. Why? Everything went as planned and I was very impressed with the whole self check out process. The drop off was quick and easy and the staff was very informative and professional. Thank you for a great rental experience and you cant beat the cost..

Not a whole lot. It was pretty much business as usual experience. The employees seemed to be very familiar with the process and it was, for the most part, seamless. The only thing I could even think of would be to have some sort of upgrades to the trucks - but - they are moving trucks... so, it's not like I had expectations. All in all - wasn't bad.

Employees should show customers exactly where the drop off area and drop box are located before leaving with the vehicle. As a single female dropping off at night, it was a bit intimidating looking at all the sign during the night hours. several over people showed up within the 10 min i was there and they too were confused as to where to leave the trucks and where to leave the key. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The service was outstanding the truck was clean. The print out of the fuel gauge is misleading it shows straight up the Center which most people will equate to 1/2 a tank. But no, it is a quarter further up to reach half, causing me to have to pay an additional 10.00 for fuel. Also even though, After renting the trailer truck we did not even open the back due to being not needed for a friends move, we still had to pay for the rental with no discount off price. There should be better customer service by allowing half off if you do not end up using the rental truck.

Pickup had error messages coming up regardig the tire pressure sensor and chang oil soon. Should be completely checked ojjt by staff prior to renting.
