Overall, this experience was not convenient enough. The line was too long, so we spent too long waiting. After that, we hooked up the trailer and only then did they point out that we needed an adapter to connect the brake lights to our vehicle. I then had to go stand in the line all over again to buy the adapter. Returning the trailer was also too time consuming. We came into the wrong driveway (the back of the building). As we had a trailer, it was too difficult to try to back out and we saw that's where all the trailers were anyway. So we unhooked the trailer there and brought a representative over. They at first told us we needed to hook the trailer back up and drive around to the other entrance to disconnect it. This seemed like an absurd inconvenience. Ultimately, they let us leave it where it was, but drop off also ended up being more time consuming than it should have been.

Was not too clear on drop off procedure. Staff picked a drop off location for us..... that was 150 miles away. Said it didn't matter, we can always call later when we drop it off and change the location. Which is what we tried to do. But didn't go as explained by staff.

Trailer had several bolts loose or missing holding it to the tongue. Employees at 4:50 yesterday told me they were not allowed to rectify the situation. Told me to call roadside assistance to fix it. I carefully drove 60 miles to my destination with bouncing noisily. Very stressful.

All three employees that I interacted with (counter service, check in and check out of the trailer) were truly awesome! Excellent communication, the process was very quick thanks to the mobile scanners, and they knew what they were doing for sure. I'll be back!

The fact you can not park for 5 minutes in the giant parking lot is so inconvenient and completely stupid. How do you expect customers to get dropped off? The parking lot is so big that 1 or 2, 5 minute spaces would be completely doable. Terrible.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The store manager got me in and out with ease, even explaining that if I needed to keep the truck overnight there would be no additional charge if I returned it first thing. I had ordered too many dish packs online and had to return one and pick up other boxes. Once again, the store manager made it very easy and smooth.

I had a great experience picking up my 24-one day rental cargo van, but the return was a different story. The sales associate was confused and trying to tell me stuff that she missed on my receipt pointing out details that she should know about since she's supposed to know the system. First she mentioned Id be charged another day of rental because I got into the line and infront of her at 9:16 or so. I argued I was outside parked at 8:31 because I was waiting for the office/store to open. She then said that her manager has to review the camera to prove that I was outside as she cannot do anything about it. So I was basically called a liar. The extra day charge is due to me returning the van after the 9AM 1day agreement. Since she is only the desk worker, she has no authority to override reviewing the camera and has to be done by the manager who is not present at the moment. Why would you not empower employees to take care of disgruntled and unhappy customers to ensure their satisfaction and return? That was mind boggling. I was livid and dissapointed that my initial satisfactory experience was replaced by anger and absolute dissatisfaction. Then she turned the monitor towards me and said that it was a misunderstanding as the invoice has clearly stated I picked up the rental at 9 so the extra day is voided. Seriously? Does she not know how to decipher her own system since she works there? The fact that she kept on telling me she cannot do anything about the charge led me to believe that it is a just to make extra sales/money and that is not a good business practice. In these days of advance technology, the goal is to stay competitive and the expectation is to employ a process or policy to authorize employees to make decisions to retain customers and this place failed to do that. Sadly I would not be returning to this place.

I waited in line for 40 minutes to get the truck after registering online. U-Haul sent me three messages that the pick-up location had changed. None of this was the pick-up location's fault.

This was the worst experience of my life. The truck had a broken gas gauge so I ran out of gas in the middle of the night with my car hooked on the back. With a cat. Then the tire straps came loose. I'm a sixty year old woman and uhaul put me in extreme danger. I could not pull over to a safe space. I was inches from oncoming big rigs going 70 miles an hour! I want a refund!

Horrible experience from start to finish. Constantly being passed off from one customer service rep to the next, all of whom lack a solution-oriented mindset. Still haven’t been able to get in contact with the location to discuss any options for *helping* rectify my experience. Honestly would rate my experience with Uhaul 0/10 and cannot warn friends and family enough to choose a different company for their moving needs. This is not intended to be rude, but you should be aware of how your customers are being treated.

The level of customer service at this location is far the best I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I needed a tow hitch and fast! I was in and out the very next morning. The gentleman that installed my hitch personally came to me and explained what he did and how everything works and gave me his card should I have any questions. Bravo !!!!!!
