Well for your sake: someone siphoned gas out of the truck I was going to rent, so the gas meter was way off. If I didn't catch this I would of be forced to spend a lot more money.

I made a mistake on my return date and recieved a call from uhaul when the trailer wasn’t returned on the day it was supposed to be and there was no problem keeping it a couple extra days.

ORIGINAL DROP-OFF LOCATION FOR DOLLY WAS FULL, COULD NOT ACCEPT OUR RETURN.. HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN TO ACCESS A U-HAUL AGENT NOT FULL. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE RENTING U-HAUL AGENCY, WHICH WAS EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS..

More parking for customers I was trapped by another customer who didn't have a spot. Also I returned the vehicle with the gas guage exactly where it was when I received it a little left of 3/4 full and was charged 13 dollars after spending 10 dollars at a local gas station because it was not exactly 3/4 full. When I took receipt of the vehicle it was not exactly 3/4 full it was short by the same margin and 13 dollars is usurious for a 1/16 " low even if it was exactly 3/4 full when I took receipt. I could take 3-5 dollars but 13 dollars is too much. The young man who delivered the vehicle at first was very professional so mixed bag for me.

Miss information sent from your web site. This happened previously when we rented a trailer a few months ago. When reserving a trailer, send the pick up location right away, NOT the day before pick up date.

After reserving our uhaul, we called to confirm pick up and they were very nice and said the truck would be ready. After that we got 2 emails and 2 calls from the 'head office' saying we could NOT pick up our truck from the oceanside location but had to drive to Mission Ave. We explained we had already called and confirmed pick up but they kept insisting we drive to Mission. We again called the oceanside location and they said they did have a truck and come by. We went to pick up the truck and upon driving away the engine light came on - we returned TWICE in two different trucks before we got a truck that was ok. Drove to Sacramento and went to return the truck (on time) and they said we owed 18,000 - YES that's correct, for extra mileage. They did say it had to be a mistake and the fellow there was very nice about sorting the mess out. But overall - a lot of wasted time and effort. The 3rd truck did run well and was ok. Staff was nice.

as mentioned to your staff member when I returned the truck, the passenger front turn signal was found hanging by the electrical connection when I arrived home from simply driving the vehicle from your location to my house. It was broken before I picked up the truck and obviously not repaired properly, for the wind from freeway travel caused it to pop off the truck body. I am very disappointed to see my final invoice charged $122 for this repair. I did nothing to cause the damage

Newer trailers for 5×8 preferably with barn doors, broke my glasses due to the slide up door lip hang ?? good thing I have lots of hair, seen a big gash on an Uhaul employee ouch!!!

People who have been in the office for a month or so needs some one to sit and teach her. This girl was not ready to work alone She wanted to charge another 500 or 550. Everything was already paid for. She tried to make excuse of what she said to me. She should of said she was learning and how long she has been there. She was sorry for not understanding. If I had a employee like this, she would have been fired. The outside crew was great. 2 wonderful men. On top of everything. I would never recommend this facility to anyone until training procedures change

The service was excellent. Everyone was super friendly. I really enjoyed that location and I found out it wasn’t the closest one to where I live but I would definitely take the trip out to your location just because the service was awesome.

Made an appointment a month in advance for a 5x9 trailer. Got a call the day before telling me it would not be available. had to upgrade to a truck to get appointment time or drive 45 minutes to pick up a trailer 3 hours after scheduled appointment. Truck did not have furniture pads or dolly that I had reserved, so had to drive back and pick up extra equipment.

They did not have what I reserved and made me upgrade to a trailer to haul my car and charged me for the upgrade. The shocks were bad in the truck and the ride was extremely uncomfortable. The car was not put onto the trailer correctly and I had to go get it corrected half way thru the trip cause it was askew. Had to buy oil to put in the truck.

I’d recommend it.. for this survey, just in case this is a reflection of any specific person I contacted with, which were all great. But I honestly wouldn’t recommend the location cause it was just toooooo busy and crazy when I was returning the trailer. Seems like you’re doing your best but it’s jist a mad house.
