employees were chain smoking while trying to make the reservation on the phone. The bigger issue is with U-haul reservations. I was trying to ensure my rental went without a hitch and the scheduling / reservations department was supposed to call and confirm on Friday. They didn't so I called on Saturday. They were supposed to tall back but didn't. So I called u-haul again. I was told they would call on Sunday. They didn't. I called and found the location for picking up the vehicle had changed. I was sent an email with non-functional links. Monday morning I called went to the location and after an hour on the phone and giving my license # three times to ensure it was correct and an hour of waiting on it to be confirmed I was able to take the truck and go. While Mr. B's was less than impressive they were stellar compared to the phone service I received all weekend.

Completely unprofessional and didn't even have a working phone much less a computer to print me a receipt, not to mention the place is a wreck. When I arrived they told me they couldn't give me the trailer that I had a reservation for and told me to go somewhere else. Worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. Fortunately Ponchy at U-Haul customer service was able to get the situation worked out. She did a great job of getting Mr. B's to get the trailer I was promised. I can't say enough about Ponchy, she's great!

I will give an average review... Equipment return/drop off was difficult due to the small cramped parking area and a delivery truck blocking most of the path at the time. Employee came out without a greeting or identifying himself and just started unhooking the trailer. Never said "ok thanks" or anything. When asked about a receipt, inspection, or signature, he said a receipt would be emailed. Three weeks later a got an email saying I never returned the equipment and they have had no way to contact me (phone # on contract was correct...). After 2 phone calls (one to U-haul recovery and one to Mr. B's) and about 30 minutes total of my time, they did email me a receipt that I indeed returned it when I did. So I appreciate it being taken care of, but it was a little frustrating. I will likely still rent from u-haul in the future, but be assured I will always ask who I am talking with and demand a receipt for everything.
