Have more U-Haul rental vehicles on site. It was convenient to have a storage facility right here so I could unload the van and turn it back in all in one go! Kristy was responsible and accommodating, too.

we only had the trailer for about 12 hours and the drop off location was so kind to tell us maybe we should call U-Haul to see if we could get some of our money refunded because they charged us for two days and we only used it a few hours. I did that the customer service rep was very helpful and explain to me she would have a supervisor call me back about the credit. That is when the experience turned bad the supervisor was very condescending and even said to me maybe you don’t understand that we won’t be refunding your money it’s a set price I then told him I completely understood I just didn’t think that was a customer friendly policy and he told me sorry to hear that. Everyone else was amazing except for the supervisor maybe he needs more training which is what he told me the local store needed by suggesting me to call and requesting for some money back. He was rude and condescending and I hope that someone can speak to him about his customer service being that he is in a supervisory position.

I had to wait 2 hours for this truck. I was suppose to pick up at 9 an and didn't get the truck until 11 am. I had to pay movers an extra $180 because this truck was not turned in. You should have had another truck on the lot that I could have used. The experience sucked. I won't rent from UHaul again.

The trailer was clean but we noticed a loud metallic sound when it moved. My son, who is a mechanic, thought it might be a bad wheel bearing. It sounded like a large piece of metal being dragged under the trailer, but there was nothing there.

I was sent an email the day before telling me I could pick up my truck with my reservation guaranteed from 9 am to 9 pm. I noticed in that email it was a location in the next city over (20 miles extra round trip than the location I had selected). I was paying .79 a mile and that adds up way more than I had planned. They knocked $10 off the price but that didnt cover all those extra miles. When I showed up at the store, it was closed....Even though the email said it would be guaranteed at 9 am at this new location. Also, I talked to two different ladies at both the location and at UHAUL and neither of them mentioned I wouldn't be able to pick it up until 10 am. I drove a further distance only to sit and have to wait for an hour to pick up the truck. When I called UHAUL to tell them the representative told me "well, it will be open in 40 minutes" and completely dismissed my inconvenience. The door of the truck wasn't sealed on the drivers side and was so loud. The bottom of the side mirror was broken and would spin around on the passenger side. I was really disappointed and very inconvenienced. I wouldn't recommend UHAUL.

The Oakwood location saved the day. We were scheduled to pick up at another location (Braselton) at 3pm. At 1230pm a message was left on my husband's cell phone that if we wanted the truck it needed to be picked up by 130 because they were leaving early. We did not get off work till 3pm. This message was not heard until after my husband got off work. Not a very good way to represent Uhaul. I will make sure if anyone asks about where we rented from to tell them which store to stay away from. Very dissatisfied with that store.

The truck was not swept out prior to picking it up. Also, show customers on the van/truck the indicators where UHAUL acknowledges damages (the 'X' stickers).

We were over charged, the first price the man give us was not correct; thus, we had to pay 14 dollars more. They don’t explain well what needs to be done before returning the truck.
