The trailer was snow and frozen slush covered. I asked if the agent had a shovel or an ice chopper (wheel straps were frozen to the deck and to the bar). Answer was sorry, no. Broom? Sorry no. Leaf blower? Sorry no. Fortunately my destination had shovels and an ice chopper. I'll let you figure out what could have been different.

There was no one onsite. Didn’t really know where to park.
JODY SThe location is fine for someone in oakbank but I didn't live there and struggles to LAST MINUTE rearrange my moving schedule to go out there. The uhaul rep over the phone told me several times and even got upset at me saying I would not have to go and pick up from a different site like oakbank. But guess what uhaul is a shitty company and gives 0 rips about its customers and products. I have no quarrel with the bar but Uhaul almost killed me with not maintaining the truck I rented. The wipers DID NOT work and would not pass a safety inspection yet you sent me across the country through storms in it.
