Had inadequate parking for trucks

Driving into the area at 1530 looked promising, but we came to find out that the Uhaul I was suppose to pick up had been rented out to another customer even after I recall setting the preferred time of pickup as 1500. after waiting outside the shop for a while, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, I received a vehicle. I had ordered an equipment dolly with the rental, but it did come with the rental. Tony, the individual working at the store, stated that an insurance fee of fifteen dollars per day had to be added to the agreement, even though I had only rented the vehicle out for two days at the most and ended up dropping it off within twenty four hours of pickup.

One of the employees came out and met my wife while I was parking the truck. He inquired about the truck and the drive. He inspected the vehicle with me and was very thankful for us using uhaul.

I will never use U-Haul again. Nobody called to say my location pickup and time was changed. Worst experience ever. Will talk bad about U-Haul to everyone that will listen.

You recommend customers check in and pay prior to pick up online which I did. I got to my location and I give the clerk my name and telephone number under which my reservation was made. He goes into his computerus then asks me for my credit card. I asked him why he needed my credit card when I already checked in online and paid. Ignorantly he tells me there's nothing in the computer. I told him again that I did the online check in and paid and I wasn't giving him my credit card to be run again so I would get doubled billed. So once again ignorantly he throws my ID back on the counter and says to me "well then I guess your not getting the truck because I'm not giving it to u for free" Again I told him I already paid and I even brought the credit card payment up on my Mobile App and showed him that my Discover card showed the payment being made to U-HAUL. He still insisted I give him my credit card because there was nothing in the computer. So I called U-HAUL customer Service and got a representative on the phone who spoke with the clerk and told him that I had already paid. Then he proceeds to tell the customer service representative he could come there and turn over the truck to me. Very unprofessional. Then the customer service rep tells me he was going to transfer me to another customer service rep who would be able to help. Then I got hung up on. So what should have been a 5 minute transaction turned into 45 minutes making me late to my destination where I had people waiting for me. I am demanding a partial if not a full refund due to the total unprofessional ism plus the inconvenience it caused me and the people who were waiting for my arrival. I have used other moving companies in the past and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!!!

the truck I ordered a 15' was not available so I had to use a 10' which in turn left me making 2 trips instead of 1 and I was NEVER notified about this until I went to pick up the truck. Very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied

Easy drop off. Guy just took the keys. Small store. Easy to get to. Small parking lot though...hard to drive truck in when cars are parked there. Overall, fast and easy drop off!
