Make the check in experience easier. It took me 40 minutes to check in with your app. I have been using Uhaul for decades. Never returned the truck late, never left a dirty truck and always left the tank at or above what is was when I rented it. It seems like every time I rent now I have to jump through even more hoops. You called my sister who was sleeping at 6:30 am. It's ridiculous. I'll try Penske or one of the other guys next time.

The system was not working, so they could not process my contract online and had to do a manual contract. I was there for almost 40 minutes (30 minutes after my reservation time), but Hector and Tim, the guys in the office were great. It seems like there was a widespread system issue, but it had not been communicated out, so they were flying blind for some time.

The back tire was low & it wasn't until I went to lock the truck with the provided lock that the key didn't open the lock. I had to pray my things were not stolen the night after loaded my things. I questioned it the tire being low an asked if there was a way to put air in it and was told it's just due to the cold air. I drove it home, loaded my truck, unable to lock my things up after. Came out the next morning and the tire was flat. Not happy

We had to sweep out the dirt last person left. Also I think it needed a wheel alignment, shaking at 65 mph. Yes I plan to rent from unsullied again in the next few weeks.

The office called my emergency contact the day after I returned the truck in one hour while I was in meetings at work, trying to contact me about my bill, which they had calculated incorrectly. Not acceptable.

I have rented two different trucks from same location twice within a few days. Both different trucks have been dirty inside which I am puzzled because I have always like to rent UHaul trucks which had the trucks cleaned and ready for me until this location. While the office did provide great customer service, I am concerned that they are neglecting the cleanliness of trucks. I am hesitant to rent a truck from this location in the near future because I am not happy with the lack of cleanliness of the trucks inside. Thank you.

U-Haul sends emails to customers with the front part stating the pick up location and time but did not state the drop off location and time as customer had to click on link to open for more information including the drop off location and time. That is not feasible for people who are on a time crunch and don't have time to click on the link to view more details. If the drop off location and time is included in the front of the main email with the pick up location and time, any potential error would have been caught on time and fixed immediately to reduce potential problems for miscommunication and undue stress onto future customers. That's what happened to me which upsets me greatly but fortunately the UHaul staff was able to waive the late charge due to misunderstanding/miscommunication about the drop off TIME (not the location which is fine). If I had seen the drop off time on the front of the email WITHOUT clicking on the link to go into for more details, I would have caught the error and fix it immediately.

The only thing I didn't like is the driver seat and passenger seat area stunk really bad like pee or trash. Other than that the truck was fine. The lady in the office who assisted me was very nice, helpful and professional.
