The truck was nasty dirty, and not maintained. When we got to where we were loading the furniture, the rear door would not close because the door cables got all tangled up so we had to leave the rear door open during the transport to the unload site. The staff was apologetic, but didn't offer any kind of compensation for a huge inconvenience. Won't be going back to that location in the future!

During the truck rental sign-up and vehicle return process, I met four different employees at this gas and U-Haul rental station, whom I had never met before. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, which made renting a U-Haul truck uncomplicated and very efficient. The staff clearly demonstrated that they appreciate their customers. Also, the U-Haul truck rental rates were very competitive and reasonable. Overall, the customer service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I definitely plan to return to this location again, when I have a need to rent a truck or trailer.

Based out of a gas station. Took 30 minutes to pick up truck due to him constantly tending to other customers. He spoke very little English and was not helpful. Printer was broken so he did not print contract or receipt. When I dropped it back off he has the original contract there for me to sign.

I had a 2 pm reservation. I got there at 1:45 and the truck wasn't there. She told me it should be back by 2. We had to wait until 2:45 for the truck to return. All involved where apologetic but it didn't help that I had people waiting. I was not offered any compensation and I was even charged the $14.00 for insurance that I did not want (she said she couldn't remove it).

The truck we requested was not functioning when it was returned late last night but Ali was very helpful and attempted to get us another truck but none were available so he have us a discount on the smaller model to make us for extra milage we might need to take.

I requested a different location then they switched the reservation because this reservation had the truck I requested. The location ended up not having a truck the same size available so I had to get a much smaller truck which ended up being a lot more expensive than the truck I originally reserved because the mileage charge was significantly higher.

There was a homeless man sleeping in the truck. When the gentleman was notified, he just got him out of there (afyer 10 minutes or so) and sent us on our way. The truck smelled nasty and there were crumbs and I don't want to know what else in there. We wanted to vomit from smell. The gentlemen definitely should have fixed us up with an alternative trunk and/or given me a discount. Never ever will I use that gas station/uhaul again.

I was charged way to much should of been cheaper bit able to use my 30% off coupon I got charged the full rate really hurt my pockets for an in town move my move on my gps to and from showed 58 miles I got charged for 88 miles the people were nice but the order and system wasn't

This facility took a $200.00 dollar deposit on top of the $58.00 I paid for the insurance and reservation. I was quoted for a 10' truck but when I arrived I was forced to take a bigger one. I drove the truck a total of 26 miles at a $1.19 a mile and returned the truck early with more gas in the tank than it had when I picked it up and the clerk tried to charge me $125.00 for it after a lot of arguing that I only rented the truck for one day at the rate for the larger truck being $29.95 and $30 dollars for the mileage why was he charging so much I managed to get the majority of my deposit back but not before he charged me a second time for the insurance. This dealer is crooked and rips people off

We made the reservation online. Then U-Haul called me to let me know that for the size truck we need, we need to go to this location. I asked if they would have the furniture dollies. When we arrived, they did not have either. They didn't have the size truck we needed nor the dollies. We went with the smaller truck and ended up having to make two trips, costing us more money. We had to go to a second U Haul location to get the dollies. Then online it said .79 cents a mile. We ended up being charged .99 cents a mile. 3 weeks ago, we rented a truck and it was .79 cents a mile. Why the inconsistencies? Not to mention that no matter what we do ahead of time, check out is always at least a 45-minute process. I'm sure we will be looking at other truck rental options from this point forward.

i was taking care as soon as i walked in the door. most places you have to wait for a saleperson. but not Uhaul. it took about 10 minutes to do paperwork, inspect and drive off the lot. when i returned it back, it took about 15 minutes only because i had to put gas. i would definetly recommend this uhaul !!!

The representative was not knowledgeable with renting the equipment and vehicle and did not speak good english. He did not go out to verify the mileage or fuel level for the truck and gave me a printout of the dispatch and the mileage was off by almost 200 miles and said the tank was full when it actually it was only 1/4 full. When confronted on filling the truck up, he said he would not and called his boss who was even more resistant and told me " you dont like it, then we have no truck available, goodbye!" There was no dolly or pads in it, so he got it out of another truck and pads that were dirty and covered with oil and gas. I put $25 of gas in it and left to transport furniture. Upon returning truck a few hours later, the same man was there and again he didn't verify mileage or fuel level and only believed what i told him and i didnt want to pay for pads because they were dirty and i didnt use them. He was furios again and called his boss who said i had to pay regardless and didnt offer any apology for the service. I told him that behavior was not good for business and he said " i dont care, call a lawyer, i run my business, nice doing business with you, goodbye, ", his english was worse than his employee. I paid the bill but was disrespected by the representative and by his boss and think that they should be removed of the service of being uhaul contractors! The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I give them an F ++++.

I have never rented before, so was surprised when someone told me I could rent for $19.95. I happened to need truck very short term and for very short total mileage. Your HIGH mileage cost would have inhibited me if I had realistic distances involved. Suggest short term flat cost for one hour, two hours etc.

Friendly staff .keep in mind this is a gas station so there was constant interruption, be ready to waint.i called and made a reservation but they had trouble finding it.the staff at this location and the customer service line was very helpful .after they found my reservation the gentleman handed me the keys and said the truck was on the lot.i was really confused at this as normally the door and walk around and check milage,gas, if its clean or has damages..I walked out side and looked for the truck and couldn't find it.when I went back in and ask the tenant he said there are numbers on the trucks although match the number on the key ..I said I would check again I fond the truck on the other side of the gas station all by itself...I started the truck and called customer service..they agreed that I should have got a contract and a walk around for the truck so I went back in and waited in line..the tenant said it was OK I was good to go..so I took it up on my self to take photos just in case there was issues. As I drove off the lot I noticed the truck pulling hard to the right so I stopped at the next gas station. Found the right front tire look low so I pull over to the air service and found that it was at 28 psi the tire shows recommend 80 psi I was able to put 50 psi in ,the compressor would not build higher levels.i left it seemed to drive better..that night we loaded the truck and left out the next day to take everything to the storage up the road roughly 3 miles I checked the pressure before we left was still at 50psi..as we were unloading the truck we kept noticing that some of the boxes were wet and as we got further along we found the box springs for our mattress and our couch west wet and stained looked as if the top was leaking somehow.not cool ..I did fortunately purchase the insurance ....not sure if that will help us..after we finished unloading I swept the truck out as I filled the tank is could not see any holes in the roof...quite puzzled I drove the truck back to the lot for the return .I went inside and a Lil boy around 7-8 was behind the counter he came around and went outside and retrieved a tenet the gentleman took the key and we walk out to check the truck .I told him about the tire and that I was only able to put 50psi in it and it calls for 80psi he said 50 was ok..he opened the rear to check for left over debris and I told him that it has a leak somewhere and miss stuff got damaged he looked up at the top of the truck and said he didn't see any way water got inside .mind you the door covers almost half of the roof when it's open...he hastily moved to the front and checked the milage and fuel level and proceeded back to the office /gas station where his son I assume was keeping a eye on things .after a few customers I was next ..he said all was good and asked if i wanted him to charge the card he had on file i agreed and he said thanks have a good day..I asked for a recept and he said it would be emailed to me I checked my
