Rude and under staffed. Despite using the mobile app to pickup the truck I waited 30+ minutes just to get the keys. Not friendly staff towards the customer.

It was very convenient But the check-in process took time
Order 2 furniture dollies and the pickup location only had one. We ordered 2 because we needed 2. This is not acceptable. We had to scramble to find another one at the last minute. Not cool.
U haul was clean and the pick up and drop off was easy. However when we asked if we could leave our car there for the day, the owner wanted to charge us $10, for parking in a huge empty space on a Sunday. So I'd rent a uhaul again but not from this location
Truck reserved was not available at reservation pick up time. Left there very disappointed. Spent the next hour searching online for other lication availability. Received call from the original reservation desk, said a truck just came in and did I still need one. Went back and got the truck, although almost 2 hours later than originally ordered.
Cost per mile is high, just my opinion

Pretty good, inside of the truck was relatively clean. I didn't have much confidence they were being cleaned between renters.
I received a call from a man at this location threatening me and telling me he was calling Uhaul to report me for trash that was left in his parking lot which was not me. When I called him to ask what he was talking about he screamed at me on the phone, blamed me for the spray paint as well as telling me that. Completely unprofessional and do not recommend ever!!!! Stay away!
While I was picking up my trailer, another woman was there to pick up her truck. She was told that her truck wasn't available because the equipment wasn't returned by the prior customer. The manager made no effort to locate her another truck, which left her without the committed truck that she had reserved. He basically said "sorry, it's not my fault." I found this completely unacceptable and would therefore not rent from this location again in fear that the equipment I reserved may not be available when I arrive to pick it up.
The location was fine. Service was very good and accommodating. The process of the online check in really needs to be more streamlined. In fact, most of the process should be part of the reservation process, ie the scanning of the drivers license. The check in process took so long that it cut into my reservation time by 30 minutes. Most of the waiting was due to the verification process of my license so that I could get the combination for the lock box to get the keys to the rental.

I dropped off a trailer during a heavy storm after hours. Can't really comment. Maybe just a clearly marked drop-off area might help.
Had a quarter tank wanted it returned with the same. When refueling the fuel gauge needle jumped from under a quarter to almost half a tank. Never saw that before in any other vehicle beat me out of $10.00
I will never use the online version of pickup ever again. I was originally supposed to pickup the truck at 10 am. I didn't get a response from anyone until almost 11. I ended up going into the location after adjusting my reservation to a standard pickup.
My pick up time was 9:30am the place didn't open until 10:am and it was 10:30 by the time i got out of there. Was not happy about that. So much for guaranteed pick up times..
Make so your website works better. the clerk at hellen couldnt get to work without the system locking up.
The app would not allow me to check the truck as returned. When I arrived and tried to send my location, it was unable to do so, and the check in would not proceed from there. Otherwise, a good experience.
Why are you charging me for fuel I put fuel in tank at hellens when I returned the truck
I was over overcharged $33.95 on my credit card. I was charged for an additional rental day and I was charged twice for Savemove. I turned the key over to the woman who rented me the truck at 6PM on Saturday night, my wife was with me when I did it. I also took a photo of the mileage which is time stamped as well. My invoice says I returned the truck at 10AM Sunday morning. Please credit my credit card back the $33.95 I can be reached at 774-287-5582
The location itself was fine. The app to sign the truck in and out? Absolutely useless and horrible. The staff had to help because I kept getting error after error and it was horribly slow. I was so fed up I almost said fuck it and cancelled the reservation. Personally, we spent way too much money renting the truck for three hours anyways!
