The return agent in the parking lots should be a lot nicer, more professional, speak clearly, Courteous, and groomed better. Not looking like a hobo off the corner pan handling, and you have to guess is it a u-haul staff member or not!

I think customers should be encouraged to use the online sign in and schedule your vehicle pick up online, because the system is fast and convenient. I will be counting on uhaul again pretty soon. Thanks uhaul!!

Decrease the wait time. I stood in line for 33 minutes before I was helped. You should think about scheduling more staff members. I was happy that I was able to check in online. So that did cut my time down when it wa my turn. The young lady was very nice and apologized for the wait. The young man getting the truck for me was very slow and in his own world. Which I understand that he had more work to do outside of waiting on just me. I also didn't appreciate signing a paper stating that I would be charged one fee and my card was charged a totally different fee.

The hitch installation scheduled online for Monday at 4pm was cancelled by the pickup location at 1pm on Monday because they had no installer available at the scheduled install time - work was rescheduled for Tues 8am - which required an extra overnight hotel stay at a cost of more than $100 - on arrival Tues morning at 7:45 the installation was promised to take a shockingly long 2 1/2 hours "tops" but then actually took 3hrs - This is a job that other Uhaul locations tell me should take half as long - there is no place to sit and wait at this location - so we walked to McDonald's down the block. Both the length of time for the install and the lack of waiting area should have been made clear. The install was sloppy and sketchy at best - the power wire from the battery was routed in a clumsy way and not secured with zip ties. This hitch install on the 2015 Subaru Forester requires the tail pipe to be dropped - it was not properly returned to its original position and secured when the install was completed- at my request, the manager made a partial correction to the wiring - only after the trip did I notice that the installer had left a roll of electrical tape under the hood where it could have fallen into the fan belt. A mid pipe hanger on the exhaust pipe was left off by the installer - the exhaust is now rotated out of position - hanging too low and it leaks and makes noise. This is a dangerous condition. A 2hr round trip drive will be required tomorrow to have it fixed. The shank on the ball in the receiver was way too long - by more than 1 inch - exposed threads if damaged would make the ball impossible to remove. The receiver as installed had the ball too low for this trailer - leaving the trailer tongue down and out of level. The trailer was dirty and smelled funky. The manager offered to mop it out but at a time when we were already late and behind schedule. The whole process could be vastly improved if the online schedule tool was realistic and the scheduled time kept - if the installation was correct and timely and the equipment was clean. The manager and installer were polite and professional and helpful in all of our interactions - but the delays were costly and inconvenient. The installation work was crude and substandard and resulted in dangerous traveling.conditions and damage to the exhaust system - The power wire was crudely routed and not secured. the loose and leaking tail pipe exposed the driver and passenger to carbon monoxide exhaust fumes during the 600+ mile drive and the low hanging pipe to road hazard. The manager and installer were engaging and polite - but I there is nothing else about this experience that I could commend or recommend.

This U-Haul location provided the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE!! Equipment was ready upon arrival. Upon plugging into wiring harness, lights did not work. The staff methodically troubleshot the issue and identified a missing fuse in my wiring harness assembly as the root of the problem. A fuse was provided on site and I was on my way. Great job U-Haul!!
