The young man at the gas station location that rents UHaul is obviosly not trained well. Upon check out, he struggled to have the computer come up wiith the correct price as he shrugged shoulders and requested I sign for twice the amount. He said the situation happeneid before to hiim and finally problem solved that her had a different location as a drop off on error. Returning equipment was thle same error and ncw my bill is 4x what it should be. What a hassle for the customer to have to keep an eye on things and keep callingl UHaul's main number to have the situation corrected.

First off I requested a different rental location closer to my house and that is full service Uhaul dealer. Seeing that Uhaul waits until the day before your rental to assign your pick-up even though you reserve your rental weeks before we got stuck with this location. This location is a gas station with a mini mart. There was only one poor young woman running the entire operation. She needed to help customers coming in for gasoline or to buy food items or beer meanwhile trying to do our rental. The Uhaul computer was not working so she had to do the rental through her smart phone. During the process she had called and texted her boss many times with no return calls or text messages. After getting many error messages through the Uhaul system on her phone trying to get our rental to go through we finally got it done. This young woman was gracious and very helpful working with such poor conditions. We wasted a lot of our time there that we could have used loading the truck for our 5 hours drive. We still can't believe Uhaul assigned us to this location instead the full service location like we requested and had used multiple times before. Why asked your customers where they would like to pick up their equipment if you are not going to honor it!!!

Have better people behind the counter I got to there about 4:30 and they said that they were closed and the other gentleman I took it back the next day they said they’re open until six so the guy lied to me and I had to come back the next day so that upset me win the other guy told me they were open until six

This place should not be able to rent for Uhaul. We had the van less than 18 hrs and they charged us for 2 days. Also, they tried to overcharge when we picked up our reservation. We had to call the corporate office 4x. I would never go here again and no one else should either!!!

Upon arrival there was a sign taped to the door, (Shell gas station) "closed for 15 minutes for shift change". 20 minutes later someone opened the doors to let us in. When I let him know I was there to pick up a Uhaul truck he informed me that the person who handled it wasn't there but was supposed to be at 2pm. It was a few minutes after 2. A couple of minutes

You could stop processing services you can provide, I was told when i spoke to a service adviser if I could call him that that I could return my equipment before 10 PM I showed up at 9 PM and I was turned away , it took me two hours to go back just one way the next day very disappointed

Using the GPS for direction lead me to a partially paved road on 20th which turned into a dirt road which would have gotten me stuck if I didn't get worried and turn around in time. Providing directions to this location would be a good idea.

Was understaffed. I did all the hookups and wire connections myself. Had to relighted the ball clamp came loose. However got the job done

Location is gas/convenience store with single staff member on duty. He had to stop several times to take care of other customers while trying to complete my U-Haul contract. Wasn't his fault. Plus, this location was 22 miles away from my original reserved location.

It is conveniently located but does not have a lot of options for rentals. We needed a pick up truck and there were none there. They also do not have any Uhaul additional equipment to purchase at this location, as we needed an adapter for the trailer lights. However, the attendants were nice.

The agent difficulties with the computer. The booking was done from the drop off location, somehow the drop off got changed. On route to the I receive a call from a Uhaul dealer wanting to know when I would be dropping off the trailer. this was a totally different location. Training would come to mind

I was charged for oneway trailer use and I returned the trailer to the same yard I had picked up. The Uhaul Rep on phone told that there would be a credit if I return to the place I pick up. I did not receive a credit as the employee yard knew nothing about this when I inquired

It was a gas station convenience store and we had to wait in line for the guy to help me get my trailer because he was there by himself and he was helping all of the store customers first I was there a good 30 minutes thank you he would help me then he would excuse himself to go help the customer for the store and gas cash register for a store and his gas did that four times I almost walked out to a different rental yard

The U-Haul websites should state very clearly that reservations must be made in advance before picking up a truck. I wasted 1.5 hours because I could see a dozen trucks at a particular location, so I did not book in advance. When I arrived at the first location, there were no personnel on hand to rent the trucks. I finally called the 800 number, and booked at the location I rated above. What a waste of time, though, that could have so easily been avoided.
