With the gas you cannot clearly tell where the marker is on the paper compared to the actual gas marker. Make it the same as the gas meter on truck.

I rented the vehicle for 2 days. Horrible service. First, so called fast self service using app, took 30 minutes. Unable to locate a vehicle, than locate a staff member, than he wasn't able to locate a vehicle and sent me to the office. After waiting another 15 minutes, a worker, I think by name Cruz, located the vehicle, but it was blocked by another car, so he want back to the office to get keys. I asked the same worker Cruz if I have to fill out the gas tank. He answered that if it will be low millage than difference between gas price in U-haul and gas station is minimal - a couple of dollars. Return. Same horrible experience. "a couple of dollars" for gas turned to be $25. I asked the worker to check it out. He couldn't clearly explain and told me- let me check. The situation: The worker is sitting in the vehicle and I am standing outside the vehicle, with heavy bags in my hands, under hot Miami sun, waiting for the worker. I waited and waited than I saw that the worker is watching videos on his cellphone. I asked for the manager. The manager was the same guy who told me about a couple of dollars for the gas on check in. When I asked him about charges. He said, yes, everything is correct and I never told you about a couple of dollars for the gas. When I asked to clarify, he said that there is nothing to clarify and if I want I can drive to the gas station and fill out the tank. I said, yes but in this case you are going to charge me for extra day because time to return the vehicle will pass. But, he said whatever, turned around and left. In addition he continued smoking while talking to the customer (in both occasions on check-in and check-out). Just disgusting

I rent for one day. Like two weeks ago. And let you know the lady maybe return same day at night. So i drop the trailer at dame say at 10 pm. And today morning i receive a invoice where u charge me 2 days. And put in the invoice i return the teailer today at 10:11 am. Is no true. Call to explain. Guy by phone say no problem. And never do it and never pick the phone again. I put a stop payment on the card. Tomorrow at 5pm if your company dont fix the mistake

30 minutes in line to get to the counter, at the counter it took over 10 minutes to get me a truck even tho I had already provided all my information and payment in the reservation online. Once I got a truck, the truck cabin was filthy and the back was covered in dirt. This place has only gotten worse over the years.

I had a 6x12 closed trailer and as I was moving furniture I heard a loud scrapping noise ! I look and pieces of broken glass on floor. I am so pissed it scratched up a piece of furniture. I then took pics and swept it ! When I got back to uhaul in the pouring rain they did nothing !

1. steering wheel was almost 90d out of alignment 2. Radio was very "tin" sounding - probably just ONE speaker and no Bluetooth 3. a lot of cabin Noise - whistling sound from wind while driving. I am comparing above with rentals from Penske. - price is about same (less for the truck, more for the miles) - the cabin noise was considerably more then most rentals from another vendor. the Uhaul truck is easier to load!

Only thing that I did not like was the behavior of the lady at front desk. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle with dolly equipment at 8:00 am and that's why I checked-in a day before in order to make things easier and faster but when I entered to the store she told me to wait in line because she was talking on the cell phone which was not professional and unacceptable.

Give customer a car that : doesn’t reek of cigarettes, backdoor hatch allows both doors to open and a contract that correctly indicates the amount of miles and gas in the car that the car currently has. When you speak to a manager 2x in regards to the situation and was told that the mileage/price will be adjusted with a new contract to actually sending the contract to your customer

The24/7 pick-up be information was not correct. Then the 24hr number to call for issues went straight to voicemail. Thus, I had to return the next day when it opened to get my truck.

The truck was clean and well maintained, both in the cabin as well as in the back. However, once I started to load stuff onto the truck there were lots of roaches. I know it is hard to maintain them away but maybe more should be done especially when you are moving household material and now have a higher chance of bringing them inside.

The line was long. I tried to call the location the morning I found out my rental was moved there (which was not that close to my preferred location). No one answered the phone. The location was fine with service once it was my turn. Returning was easy, but the corporate UHAUL Website SUCKs! The website was a horrible experience to book and then try to call and follow-up. It took forever to book and select the preferred location which said that the equipment was available less than 18 hours prior to needing it. I booked about 5 pm or so the day before I needed it at 10 am. You need to be accurate with the inventory. It shouldn't be that hard.

I'd love to recommend this place to all my friends and family moving to FL except they'd spend their entire day there just like I did. The workers are amazing, the ladies at the front desks are great but they need help. They need new computer systems. This is ridiculously funny for us to be in 2019 and the employees were all on the phone with tech support trying to fix evrry single computer to service the 12 people waiting in line for 30 minutes.

It was clean enough for me but a little dirty and the last time I said it was clean when it really wasn't, they charged me to clean it. So I will always say not clean if it isn't sparking clean. Other than that, the rental went smoothly.

Terrible customer service . I set up the 24/7 express service from U-Haul the day before and when I went to the location at North Miami Beach i waited 2 and a half hours for a vehicle ... The staff was very rude very unprofessional, understaffed and I felt really frustrated and confused . Don’t understand why even have an express service when I still have to wait a ton of hours for terrible customer service ...
