Sebastian SThey don’t check the vehicle before or after the trip and the try to charge you for random parts, even though they know they don’t inspect the u-haul before the trip nor after the troop.
Fandreana KI have been a customer since 2016, and until now, I had never been treated with such disrespect, anywhere. I do not agree to these charges. first of all, I was disgusted by the way that the lady that gave me the truck treated me. She screamed and yelled at me at the store in front of at least 3 people, tried to take 1000 dollars as a deposit for the rental, gave me the wrong truck, and then called me while I was on the road, and screamed at me again, yelling that it was my fault that she made a mistake and gave me the wrong keys. She yelled that she was going to cancel everything and I had to assume the consequences. I have never paid so much to be insulted by a service provider. Since she made a contract on one truck and gave me the keys to another one, the charges on the gas bill are unacceptable. I refilled more gas on the truck than it originally had. I received the truck almost an hour after the reservation, because she took forever to process the service (because she was too busy yelling at me), and I still turned the truck almost an hour before the return time that she decided, which was the original return time. I would like a full refund for this service and an apology from that nasty lady. This is not the kind of treatment that usually characterizes your company and I expect a full correction of this situation.
