The app doesn’t work, the customer service line took 15 minutes to get spoken to and when spoken to the woman was short and extremely unhelpful. However, the two men who work at the location were fantastic but this company needs to improve I won’t be returning until improvements are made.

I reserved a truck and received a call later that that option wasn’t available. So I went driving around and seen this Mail center on Burbank Avenue in North Hollywood. Please let him know he truly gets 100 stars from me. I pray I didn’t mess up his name with the stress I was enduring before meeting him I was unable to retain much information. I asked the worker if the Big Dolly was in the back of the truck. He reassured me it was there so I didn't check it at that time.. When we got to our public storage space and opened the back the small dolly was there..we needed the big dolly transport our refrigerator and struggled badly because we didn't have the bigger dolly. I don't want to be charged for a Dolly you didn't provide to me and I want to be compensated for my troubles caused by not having the proper equipment for our move today....??

The 9' van was generally clean except for the floor in the cargo area. There were bits of debris/dirt and a 2"x20" oil spill. The location was easy to enter and exit. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

We had initially scheduled the drop off for another location down the street from this one. That location was absolutely horrible. The gates were locked, so no 24 hour access as claimed. The mgmt did not answer our calls nor that of the 1800 uhaul representative we spoke to. Also we had to ask to speak to a supervisor on the phone to switch the location. This took a lot of time and it was a Sunday evening.

these guys have added fraudulent charges to my bill and after constant contact with the office they continue to ovecharge me 86.03 . I have attempted to contact U-Haul and I can't seem to get them to stop charging me. They added 2 dollies when there was only one ordered and one with the truck. I turned in the truck after 2 days and they have added an extra day. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul!!!! I have documented all of this and will be contacting the better business bureau to report the poor service I have received.

The address for the truck pick up location is off by a block. The only way I found the place was because I had been there once before. Other than that everything was great.

Unbelievably bad service. The attendant arrived late, others were waiting to check in. His internet would not work and he kept calling in to have someone check us into our reservation over the phone, however the supervisor or whoever he was talking to was of no help at all. We waited for over an hour trying to get checked in, just standing outside in the sun on the side walk, looking at our truck ready to go. I finally figured out how to check myself in online. Worst U-Haul experience ever.

i was initially charged too much for the rate of the truck, then i was charged for returning the truck two days after i actually returned it, because the location was closed on a saturday, and did not log that i returned the truck until christmas day. card was charged excess of $200 for a $70 rental. not ok.

CLEAN THE ASH TRAY AND WIPE DOWN DOOR HANDLES AND STEERING WHEEL FELT DIRTY , ALSO SMELLED OF SMOKERS USE . * WHEN DROPPING VEHICLE OFF HOURS EARLIER THEN EXPECTED ' NO ONE AROUND IN STORE BUT MYSELF WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR CHECK OUT .OTHER THEN THAT ALL WELL .

Truck was not equipped with dolly and furniture pads I reserved. I had to drive to another location and wait 30 minutes to get the equipment.

I had misread my order and did not know it was self pickup. When I got to the location I was confused. Perhaps instead of saying "For self pick up you will need your mobile device" it should say at or before the time of pick up "You have chosen self pickup. You will need to download our Uhaul app and login to your account." (If it doesn't already notify me of this.) Otherwise, once I was logged in, everything went very smoothly!

The store was closed. I had to call a number and wait for the guy to show up. I never went inside a building or even saw a contract. I returned the van with more gas then I started with and got charged. The worst experience I have ever had.

Horrible customer service and location. It took 45 minutes to pick up the van. I received no instructions or contract. I had to assist the person working with processing my reservation on my personal phone. Upon return of the van, no one was present. A call was made to the number listed on the door but no answer. I tried to return the can through my online account it would not allow me to proceed due to no information entered for the van. A called was placed to the Uhaul customer service which was very helpful but limited to assisting with the return, however I wanted to ensure I was not over charged, in which I was. I was charged for two vechicles when my reservation was for one van! This location should not be affiliated with UHaul. I will only work with actual Uhaul facilities going forward. Horrible experience, impacts the brand of UHAUL. I want my money back for the overcharge. What you can do is NEVER BE AFFILATED WITH FACILITY! DON'T WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS!

I never got the email I was supposed to get about a lockbox for the key for my truck. A gentleman was nice enough to come to the location and assist us, but it caused me to be delayed about 1 hour later than I had initially ordered the truck and cause me to eventually pay double because I went a few hours over my time. I feel ripped off and cheated.

My reservation was not properly created, lpng story short due to this i needed the uhaul for another day. I was told i was not going to be charged the gas, and was supplied a credit. However i was still charged for the gas, i tried calling uhaul customer service 3 times, every single time i was hung up on. I am not paying any gas, as i was told by a fleet manager i was to not be charged, please fix this.
