This is a terrible location. I reserved counter pick up on Wednesday. After I Ubered to this location, The facility was closed. I then contacted istorage. They told me to cancel my rental and try again tomorrow. I contacted U-Haul and the gentleman on the phone was able to complete my reservation.

Everything was great. Agent was terrific and so nice. I do however, wish you would have provided some free miles for the truck. When I've rented in the past, they did but it could also be a Florida thing. Very happy overall though. We will be back in a month. Thank you.
TIMOTHY TThe truck was clean and the process on site was great. Had trouble with uploading pictures on the website though. I would not hesitate to rent another U-Haul truck from this location. HOWEVER, never, ever again, will I use the Moving Help application. I went through 4 different providers in days. People not showing up, reservations dropped etc. That was so frustrating. Never. Again.
CINDY Gagent was slow to check me in
James AI had ordered 12 moving blankets, and there were none, and none available on site. I also checked in on line and then had to again on site at 10:00 am which was the open ing hours, which made us late for our home sale closing, we had to leave the truck and pick it up 2 hours later, come to find out after letting the agent know this, the clock was on so we paid for 2 hours we didn't use.
