Richard S.Since it was a holiday there was no one at the drop off place. Wasn't exactly sure where to leave the vehicle. Put it in a parking space so that it wasn't blocking drive way, building entrance or the locked gate on the property.
Denise T.There was not a drop off box for key. We spent about 30 min. Looking and trying to call someone only to find out the lock box fell off several days ago. Finally I was told to just leave the key in the truck and lock it.on top of that the facility is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Priscilla M.One entrance or exit gate is blocked by a U-Haul truck. I guess for a reason but it makes seeing the entrance difficult. The gentleman that helped was was very personable.
