Your App SUCKS!!!!. THERE IS A HUGE PROBLEM OF COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR PARTNER STORES, I WENT TO NORTH CHARLESTON TO PICK UP A UTILITY TRAILER AT A FURNATURE STORE . NO U-HAUL REPRESENTATIVE WAS THERE TO HELP ME, AND YOUR APP WAS DOWN ON 4/7/2026. HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES TO GET AA ANSWER FROM A MANAGER. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME IN VIRGINIA THE NEXT DAY ONE OF YOUR PHONE EMPLOYEES CALLED AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE TO USE THE TRAILER,WTF. I SPOKE WITH EITHER LAMAR OR LAVAR (HE MUMBLED ON AND I WAS NOT REALLY SURE OF HIS NAME) AND YOU SHOULD JUST FIRE A DIPSHIT LIKE THAT, FINALY ELIJAH MAC STEPPED IN AND MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT.

April TI had a guaranteed 8 AM reservation that wasn’t honored. Because of that, my movers had to leave and I lost hours I already paid for. I had to rearrange the entire move, and was delayed and lost money. I will never recommend Uhal or this location.
Robert WLocation charged me incorrectly for 2 gallons of gas. I have called them twice no answer or returned call. I have dashboard pictures showing the rental was returned with the proper amount of gas
