If customer forgets to ask, as I did, tell them what time of night the location closes and discus after hours drop off. I was quite concerned I was going to get back after closing. My phone battery died while trying to review the after hours drop off procedure and returning the vehicle in the morning before work would have been problematic. Fortunately I got back before closing, but the lack of information was quite anxiety provoking. Otherwise all was fine with my rental experience. Thank you Jim
Back tire was very low on air and person did not give me a contract.
They charged me for 30 miles over the 854 that was on the contract so I asked how this was calculated and he did not know. Then said I would be charged an additional $12 which I disputed. I explained the weather was heavy rain in VA, WV, MD, PA and NY since I took I95 to I81 and I84. Had to be diverted a few times. Did not matter to him. I have rented many vehicles from East Billerica Shell in MA with drop offs in Laurinburg, NC in 2014 without ever paying an overage. Regards Tom Grace
Everything went very smoothly from pick up to return.
i walked in that location with a cast on my hand and went to get in the truck and noticed it was stuck in ice and snow ,went back in to tell them and he gave me a shovel (WITH A CAST ON MY HAND) so i had no choice but to start digging ,i needed that truck and didn't have time to find another one and returning it was just as bad... do yourself a favor and stay far away from that place

The guys taking the reservations as wellas the return were kind courteous and professional.
The vehicle needed an oil change per the sticker in the window. Your online process took about 30 minutes. You OVER charged me and you madd me bring ruck back 4 hours early. Your SERVICE is poor. Cant get through on your phone line. I am VERY frustrated
This location is very difficult to find. Better signage would help. It's in the city, on a block off the main street. We had to ask two people in the neighborhood where it was.
The young guy working at the counter was very friendly and professional!
Transmission was slipping into third gear,, also inside and outside of vehicle was dirty..
Great painless Experience very reasonable rates
Back of the truck was covered in dirt, I received no paperwork other than the emails. I mentioned a giant scrape on the side all he said was â€œit's fine,â€ which as a customer made me feel uncomfortable and that it should have been documented so that I knew I wouldn't have any issues when I brought it back. I don't know this person from a hole in the wall why should I try on their word. The cab was also sub par for cleanliness.
The man running this station was unable to answer my questions on the phone prior to pickup, and was rude and dismissive in person.
Employees were very friendly and helpful. Truck was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, and is good condition. everything went well.
Clean the back of the truck. Walk out to the truck and tell us where we need to leave the truck as far as filling the truck. We were told we had to fill it when we got in the truck it wasn't full so we filled it so we didn't get charged an exuberant amount of money to return it.
I reserved blankets and told they don't have them. Parking is non-existent. One guy is trying to sell gas, run a convenience store, and rent trucks - pathetic. Truck cab was dirty - had a pile of dog treats under the driver seat, but that's not my thing!
Cabin smelled of smoke. Rear had trash in it that I found after I had to load it. Didn't have a dumpster to toss it in so need to place someone else's trash on my furniture till I got to my destination and could dispose of it.
1 person running gas station helping customers and rental station. Did not ask me about a dolly that I needed. Or Insurance. Had to wait my turn then went back to help lottery and cigarettes. I asked about dolly and insurance. He could not add it after the fact I should of told him before hand and nothing he could do. So I left and I did not get a contract for the truck either.
During the reservation process, please let me know what documents may be requested at pickup. It would have saved about 20 minutes if I had known ahead of time that I might be asked for my passport as a backup proof of identity. Thank you.

The back of the truck was dirty when we received it
