Return vehicle 1 hour before my “returning timeâ€, was drive 14 miles only on it The charged me for 43 miles I have never drove
Hanna M.I rented an appliance dolly; to my surprise, a Utility dolly was given to me by the dealer; I reminded the dealer that I had rented an appliance dolly I was told that all we have take it or leave it. Also, I checked-in on line expecting every thing to be ready when I arrive to my surprise the truck and other rental accessories were not ready and it took them a long time to get out of there. The truck cargo area was dirty. This was a real bad experience with U-Haul system. I would never give this company my business again. You guys have a systematic problem across the board, scrwed up computer system, screwed up dealers, there is no check for inventory by the dealer against the orders sold by corporate computer system. There is only chaos in this operation.
