This was by far the worst experience ever dealing with U-Haul. It was just one thing after another or should I say a trickle affect that started from my card be charged twice the frustration and mental anguish that has come from renting this truck never again would I rent from U-Haul. Then the trucks drinks gas the whole experience was a nightmare.

Great experience, thanks UHAUL!
ROBERT BTruck had not been cleaned out, and the moving blankets that had been ordered ahead of time were not there! Had to take the truck over to another location to pick up blankets.
Hiram BReservation was cancelled without any warning. No email even after the cancellation. Called customer service to be given another number to call. Had to wait for people at the gas station to finish ringing up to be helped. Attendant had no knowledge of the prices. Not very helpful.
