It took almost 30 minutes to process my rental. The clerk said the entire U Haul system was down, not just her computer. She was very accommodating and helpful, but her tone and demeanor was not something that would wow me in regards to customer service. She did do everything she could do to make my rental happen.( I was able to take the truck and move. I Thought I wasn't going to be able to for about 15 minutes) When I returned with the truck there was a gentleman outside to check the truck back in. He was helpful and pleasant, but a little awkward. I work in an industry that uses surveys to measure performance also. I gave a 5 because I was able to rent my truck, and they were pleasant. Basically, I got the product I requested. I still don't think I would rent again from there. But I think the computer thing just messed her up.

My cargo van was filled with dog hair and smelled of urine. The smell was so strong I gad to make several trips not to get my things pissy. How long were these poor animals locked in this truck to be so pissy. HORRIBLE

Was told no one was there to pick up the car from and to come back in 1.5 hours which was after my pick up time. When I came back the same person gave me the keys ( don't understand why this couldn't have been done at my original pick up time. Very frustrating experience.

Horrible. Most rude indifferent and unhelpful person. I had a reservation and she didn’t know how to check me out so she said she wouldn’t rent the truck. This is after I called the day before to make sure everything would be ready and it was confirmed. I asked her to contact UHaul and help resolve the situation and she refused. I would never ever ever recommend this location to my worst enemy. This location needs to be closed. Horrible, horrible horrible. What a terrible representation for your company. Horrible, horrible horrible.

This experience was a disaster from the get go. I reserved a car carrier a month in advanced, go to check the confirmation email and check in early, the pick up location has been changed, and the time change to 7 hrs later. Call Uhual customer service, had it switched back to the origonal pick up point, which for some reason had a car carrier ready to rent, so it was switched for no reason. The gas station is open 24 hrs on the rental website, but it actually opens at 8am. I needed the trailer at 5:30. I woke the gas station (owner?) up who was inside. and she willingfully rented the trailer to me. Please note, I do not blame the gas station, I blame uhaul for having inaccurate information, switching things without telling me, then giving me a hassle about the scheduling dept hours when I needed my trailer at the original time I asked for (not necessarily the original place). a Customer service rep did try to fix it for me, which I appreciate, but everything was unconfirmed when I needed the trailer.

Female on scene appeared to be bothered my me dropping off at location. Did not say what I needed to do and when asked snapped at me staying "I'm just trying to see where ima park this do you want a receipt or not".
