Charged me for equipment i did not use or ask for. Sent me to two different locations AFTER reservation was made. Then charged me for extra day because UHAUL HAD ME RUNNING AROUND FINDING TRUCK THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD AND MY HELP LEFT BECAUSE IT TOOK TOO LONG SO MY WIFE AND I HAD TO MOVE OUR SELVES. THIS WAS THE WORST EVER IN THE WORLD WOULD NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE GO RYDER.
Conveniently located for what I needed: hauling exhibit materials from our storage unit to the Infinite Energy Center for Japan Fest.
Clerk behind the counter could care less about me as a customer. Waited around for 30 minutes just for the paperwork. I won't be using this location again even if there isn't a car trailer within 20 miles of me besides this place.
U-Haul should really work on a better check-in system. I spent almost fifteen minutes doing a pre-pick up check in hoping that this would speed up the pick up process. It still took another 15 minutes waiting for the system to process my reservation. The gentleman at Citgo was very helpful and pleasant, though.
The person was extremely rude and refused to let me return the car carrier trailer early.
The guy working did not know how to work the system. I should have filled everything out online instead of him putting in the information. I had to go behind the counter at the gas station to help him figure out what information to put in. A little sketchy.
Not sure, but it's tough to get to if you miss it and have to go all the way back around the highway.
Pick up location too far from home. The rental process was interrupted twice for gas customers. I had already done online check in for me and my husband but clerk was confused and had to enter information again.
I had a drop off location in griffin a hair salon. when I called in to see if I can drop the trailer in jackson ga. I was told I had to return it to norcross. this was not the arrangement I made. this is the second time my experience with uhaul was bad. I will not use again
The customer service and the rental process was extremely poor and suspicious. They charged us for 2 days and we only had the rental for 5 hours. They were not transparent and were quite frankly very rude. We will not rent from this location again.
I booked my reservation without insurance. I could hardly understand the guy and I thought he asked if I had insurance. I replied yes and he charged me insurance. He said to just call the 800 number and they would remove the insurance. When I did they said that I've already taken the vehicle and she couldn't do anything about it. So I was changed for something I did want or need. I would like a refund for my insurance charge.
My initial drop off location was 4450 Satellite Blvd which was 2.2miles from my trip destination; 3867 centennial trail nw duluth. I wasted about 40 mins trying to locate 4450 Satellite Blvd, Duluth right on Satellite Blvd where I was meant to drop off. After unable to locate the place as GPS kept taking me to another destination, I called the branch number (770-446-1186) and was told by the person who ansered the call that that branch is under construction and that is why i cant locate it via the GPS and he advised I look for a nearby location. I put a call through to the Customer Care line (877-217-1942) and was assigned to drop off at the closest location; 1804 Beaver Ruin Rd, Norcross, GA, 30071 on getting here, I saw I have incured additional 13.2miles instead of just 2.2miles that I was meant to use to get to the drop of location. The agent gave me a receipt of $14.84 extra charge which I totally dispute. It was not my fault for these mileage but lack of proper communication and information updating of partner location availability by U-Haul. Although, the experience was good for the home move, returning equipment was where I had issues. I am not willing to pay any extra $14 since I have already even paid for gas chasing shadows of non available drop off location. I wil appreciate that my withheld $100 is returned untoched by this transaction. Thank you and keep up flying.
It was a bad station that we were able to drop off. Not a place I'd so for gas but fine for dropping off the u haul
Horrible customer service and way over priced. Did not receive the right size uhaul that I reserved. And was not given the time I reserved as well. I reserved 5 days prior requesting a 15ft from 10am ro 8pm. Got there and had to wait 45 minutes to get the uhaul. Got an 11ft and was told to be back at 3:30. Then was told 4:30 was fine. At 4:16 I recieved a call saying I was suppose to be back at 3. Terrible customer service and the price was ridiculous. Will NEVER use this company again.
La persona k me rento el camion nunca me comento que. 14 dolares ivan incluidos para segun la aseguransa del camion. Eso me cobro al finalisar la renta del dia. Nunca me comento que era opcional o no bueno grasias es la ultima ves que rento un camion con ustedes

I will not be doing U-Haul in the future. I had reserved a truck for the U-Haul location off Peachtree Industrial and Pleasant Hill - was sent an email saying it was confirmed, then sent a subsequent e-mail 8 hours before pickup stating it was moved to Beaver Ruin - meaning an additional $20+ in mileage fees. My reservation was then canceled without notice to me and was only informed of the cancellation upon arrival at the Beaver Ruin location. I was then forced to pay a higher fee because the truck I had reserved was no longer available in the size I wanted. In short, U-Haul unilaterally made decisions resulting in my bill being easil7 $40 more than what I had reserved or intended. The man who ran the Beaver Ruin location was wonderful, respectful, and I appreciated his approach to customer service. No issues with him or his business location. I will just not be using U-Haul in the future - unsure if it's a lack of management of their data management, customer service, or what - but I'm out. Thanks guys.

Had to pick up the truck at a gas station that was very sketchy and the clerk that was helping us barely spoke english.

I don't agree with paying as much as I did for one hour use of the truck. The representative was nice but, I personally feel over charged.
I had reserved a cargo van at another location but when I went to pick it up there was no cargo van available at the time of pick up, so I went to another city where one was available. I appreciate Citgo at this location for their accommodation. If something unexpected happens, a follow up would be nice. Thank you, Darren
Operator didn't know how to use the system. I wanted a 1 day rental but he set it to a 2 day rental and then couldn't figure out how to change it. Took over 40 minutes to get it figured out. I was super upset about it. The truck was poorly maintained and the ride was aweful and the truck was super loud. I would NEVER rent from this location again. I would NEVER tell a friend to rent there either. I might not even rent from UHAUL again because the experience was so bad.
The van was filled with cigarette ashes and debris. Hardened liquids on knobs. The tire pressure was low and needed an oil change for the vehicle per van computer. I traveled over 400 miles and these things should've be taken care of prior. When I called to confirm reservation, the representative at this location tried to change my reservation time and quoted fees. Very argumentative over the phone about me brioche vehicle back by 6pm when my reservation was for 1 day. He said that he rented it out to someone at 8 pm but I was reserved for 24 hrs. I was never told about the leak in the van and when keys were handed to me with paperwork it stated that I was ok with those issues. Some of my daughters items were wet due to the inclement weather. We can safely conclude that I was not happy with the services and would like a portion of my charges of not all refunded to me.
