The van was filled with cigarette ashes and debris. Hardened liquids on knobs. The tire pressure was low and needed an oil change for the vehicle per van computer. I traveled over 400 miles and these things should’ve be taken care of prior. When I called to confirm reservation, the representative at this location tried to change my reservation time and quoted fees. Very argumentative over the phone about me brioche vehicle back by 6pm when my reservation was for 1 day. He said that he rented it out to someone at 8 pm but I was reserved for 24 hrs. I was never told about the leak in the van and when keys were handed to me with paperwork it stated that I was ok with those issues. Some of my daughters items were wet due to the inclement weather. We can safely conclude that I was not happy with the services and would like a portion of my charges of not all refunded to me.

The check engine light was on. Other than that all was good. Great service from the person who took my call at the Indian Trail location and from the man at this location.

I was charged a full day for late drop off. The location was very difficult to reach - I spent over an hour looking for a way to get in. Obviously I am not from Georgia and had no instruction. I used a GPS but no one prepared me for the difficult location.

When I arrived they had no record of my holding my truck rental. I should the attendant my verification on my my phone. He was still able to loan me the truck.

I had requested a 20 foot truck and was called an hour and a half before I was scheduled for the pickup and told there was none available. They did have a 15ft but I had to make two extra trips. I will say the customer service rep was kind enough not to charge me for the extra hour and a half that I had the truck, which would not have happened had I had the truck I requested.

I've never been treated more poorly than I was today. I had to use a location that I did not request and it was 12 miles from my house plus that's extra gas to go to those 12 miles and the gentle man I had to deal with was rude. Because of the way I was treated I want a full refund. I plan on filing A complaint with the Better Business Bureau and all socialmediaI would never recommend U-Haul to anyone if anything I would deter them from using you

I was very disappointed to have to rent a trailer much larger than I needed at a much higher price than I wanted to pay. I really needed to take a 5x10 one way and since the website didn't explain the ridiculous reason that some can't go only one way, I had to call in to find out what the problem was. I will look for other companies next time. The locations were fine, but i won't recommend U-Haul in general.

Rubber connectors for chains need to be serviced. l would rent from this location again. Lauren 770 447 5017 was very helpful, friendly and not sure what my next step would have been without her assistance; It was my first experience with U-Haul and a pleasant one.

LITERALLY the worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul. This is not even a real U-Haul! I could not find this place for 35-45 minutes because no one informed me this would be at a Citgo gas station, with a baby U-Haul sign in the window that DEFINITELY can not be seen from the street, which I have taken pictures of. This man THEN tried to FORCE me to purchase gas from his raggedy Citgo, although I took pictures of my gas range BEFORE I left the previous place. He then had a TERRIBLE attitude, all for $5 and then charged me for an extra day. He would not give me his name, resulting in me having to call U-Haul BEFORE I could leave this establishment, therefore making me late by an hour and a half from moving out of my old apartment, resulting in a late fee from them. I already have called U-Haul and am STILL waiting on a response and am EXTREMELY unhappy and dissatisfied with this terrible customer service

The trailer had issues and actually vibrated itself loose in the middle of expressway traffic! The attendant hooked it up and I made the mistake of assuming that he knew what he was doing. When it came loose at 55 miles an hour in the middle lane of I-85, it was only by the grace of God that I got the thing safely stopped.

Excellent customer service. Trailer was ready upon arrival. Only issue was a bad passenger parking light bulb. Turn Signal and brake were fine. Not a deal breaker guy was very nice, I just had him mark it on paper so I wasn't charged. All in all great experience, would use again.

Remove this site for English speaking people. Also reservation was for a 5 x9 trailer @ $18.95, I was billed $24.95. Pre site check in was a total waste at this site. I like U haul but this site sucks.
