Make all vehicles be returned with the gas gauge on Full. I always hate trying to match what the fuel gauge was when I picked it up. It's difficult to not give extra gas while pumping, so it costs the user more money.Jeremy B.

Truck had any infestation inside of the truck on driver side. It was covered with ants it was difficult to drive and fight off ants. Several ant bites acquired while in truck. I had to purchase bug spray to avoid ants. This is something I do not hold uhaul completely responsible for. Just making you all aware. Other than this my experience was great. The lady at the desk was very friendly but DO NOT call the Snapbox number about truck rentals. It's a general Snapbox line and they will forward you to the â€œtrucking departmentâ€ which must be code for â€œWhere we put callers we don't want to deal with.â€ I called trucking multiple times yesterday - they didn't answer once and I left a message every time with NO response! The one time I called the lady that answered even said â€œif they don't answer, leave a message and they'll call right back.â€ Wrong! I never got to speak with anyone about the truck.Stephanie M.
