I received a $42 additional charge in my bank account. I believe it was supposed to be a credit for bringing it back with a quarter tank. Please fix this issue soon.

Bruce P.There was no dolly and packaging in truck Their response was there were no dolly at any store near by so I had to purchase my own dolly ...the people in charge of uhaul did not take this issue seriously and I did not get a discount or credit from no dolly
Darren L.My husband and I had some trouble getting the lockbox unlocked (eventually did). Otherwise, the whole process was very easy and convenient. It would be nice if we could extend our time on the Uhaul website as well. For example, if it was due back at 5pm and we needed a couple of extra hours, it would be great if we could go on the website and extend our reservation a bit.
