peter V.There was no one available to meet me when I needed to receive the truck. There were no furniture dollies OR utility dollies. I was forced to spend the day carrying furniture up and down flights of stars. I am severely dissatisfied. Never again
TIMOTHYJOSEPH Q.We got there and the person in charge wasn't there. We called them and they said to go on the app. The app/website was unhelpful. WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO . We called THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and just kept getting transferred. They told us the site wasn't set up for contact less pick up. They told us it was because we needed the location services. Or that we needed the guy there WHO WAS NOT AT THE SITE. Then they told us they have to call the guy that wasn't there. Then finally one last person got us help. It took over an HOUR to pick up the truck because no one could help and they kept transferring us. ThenWe get in the truck and the key wasn't turning. Took over 10 minutes to start the truck. Never again.
