I spent almost an hr to get the keys from the lockbox. The lock was not working properly. When called the number for 24hrs a day no one picked up. Finally someone showed up and I wasted an hr waiting for someone

We did a mobile pick-up and the code that was sent to us did not work to open the box. We were just lucky that we eventually found that someone was still in the building and could open the box with a key. We spent over an hour trying to access the keys for the U-Haul. It was an incredible waste of our time.

I was switched to this location which was further away from my home. The van smelled bad and was dirty. Since I had to move that day I had no choice but to use it. I am very disappointed in uhaul and the customer service I received.

Honestly this site was terrible to deal with. When i booked the reservation i was told to be there before 4:30 to pick up equipment before they left... i got there at 4:05 the day of the rental and was told she was gone. I then had to do everything online myself (which was extremely frustrating process). I spent the whole day worrying that the truck would break down the transmission was so bad ... Would not use this site again and if Uhaul is going to this kind of customer service might be my last run for them too!

Pay attention to the customer! After arriving to rent the vehicle, I waited for someone to assist me, then after signing the paperwork, I checked the van, and returned to the desk as I had follow up questions. I waited for about another 5-10 minutes but no one came back to the desk. As the rental place is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, I needed to know where to return the key as I was returning the vehicle on Saturday. I'll use U-Haul again obviously, as it's unavoidable, but I won't rent from this location again. It was more of a struggle than it was a pleasant experience.

I was told to refill the tank before returning the truck, which I did. I was then charged approx. $38. mileage charge at $1.09/mile., and told that I returned the truck 3/4ths full. Not happy about this! Scott St. Clair.

They refused to accept the truck and made me wait outside while I called customer service. After being transferred 5x on the phone I was told they weren't sure but they thought I could leave the truck at the Newton sure. When I went inside and told them what the customer service people said the guy working there gave me attitude and still refused too accept the truck. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I will never use uhual again.

the back door of this vehicle would not open to load and it took 40 min to push from inside to open the doors.Also I told them when I returned the van and I have been trying to get in touch because I was told they would compensate me.
