Inside of the truck was filthy and hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Garage staff was amazing but seemed to be in a lack of communication with Uhaul.

What can you do to improve? Seriously? How about making sure that the truck that a person orders is the one they actually get. We ordered a 26ft. Uhaul. What did we get? A 20ft. AND not even at the location where we needed to pick it up. So, should we send you a bill for all of the things we HAD to leave behind because we didn't have room? You know, because we ordered a 26ft truck, not a 20ft. Oh, and the "thank you" email after the fact said returning at one place when in fact we told them we were returning it somewhere else. You know, closest to where we we moving. So how should we send a bill for everything we had to leave?

Called customer service because the mobile site was not working. First rep was rude, uninformative, and actually gave me false information, second rep was pleasant but uninformative, third rep was amazing.

The Online system SUCKS!!!! Not everybody owns smartphones, nor is there coverage in many rural areas such as this one. Forcing people to use a smartphone means some of us will no longer be able to use your services.

With the online rental notifying the customer about the drop off process when they pick up the rental may be a good idea. I had no idea what was expected and put the key in the drop box before even thinking that I'd need the mileage, and fuel gauge information and a picture of it to process my rental drop off.

Terrible unhelpful attitude .when I explained what had happened and all I went through to ensure there would be no problems he told me it was my problem and I should not have taken the trailer.i explained I had no choice and was hopeful it would fit even if tight . He didn’t care just repeated it was my fault

Rude , rude .. was told to go somewhere else.. Asked for passport along with driver license. Who carries there passport with them? Took an hour to get truck with reservations on truck . Very poor attitude,

Called 1-800 number to reserve a truck at Colebrook, NH location (because were moving from Canann, VT to Lewis, NY) was told could not get a truck there but had to get from Newport, VT. When dropped off truck was told the truck was driven 80 miles more then was too. After explaining this to Westport they deducted the additional cost for that mileage. This should have been taken care of at the beginning of the rental process.

When the UHAUL location selected for return of our rented truck (and then the trailer we needed because of poor packing by the hired help) couldn't accept the trailer because of lack of parking space, another local UHAUL operator blew his top when we tried to drop the trailer with his business. The team at Auto Outfitters, also challenged for space, stepped up and helped us without question or complaint. These are the kinds of people you want to do business with - helpful, caring, honest. They've earned our auto parts and repair business in our new home town.

There was no sun visor on the driver's side. The windshield Wipers where useless when driving. Salt and dirt off spray from other vehicles just smurred when the Wipers were used. Also the squirt on the passenger side didn't work. I had to clean up the windshield with paper towels several times. Very unsafe. I am appalled that you would put your customers safety at such a risk over lousy Wipers. The windshield rubber on the passenger side was not sealed to the windshield. Other the truck ran great.

The truck had low-tread all season tires. Living in northern Vermont during the winter, this is a horrible idea. I had multiple issues trying to leave my driveway that has a very slight incline, due to the lack of traction. Thankfully, the people that I rented it from were able to come and get it, as I was unsuccessful being able to move it due to the icy conditions and poor tires.
