Why are you charging me an additional $50.44? Why can't I get to a customer service rep on your 800 number. I can't get past the stinking review. The store was fine, your 800 customer service stinks and now I really mad. I'm going to fight this unauthorized charge of $50.44.

The mileage charged was not computed correctly. I let Chystal know and mileage was not corrected. I will call on Monday to take care of. I was not told I could use my 3A card towards Ins. I will drive farther than Newman next time !

I have rented from this location several times. This time I was hassled to the point that I will not rent again. The clerk was combative, hostile, and confrontational. I am in a wheelchair and have my brother drive for me. This has never been an issue before. We provide his info and mine. This time, the clerk refused to let him use my card, even tho he had used it several times. I ended up having to take a day from work to go in and she still hassled us. She wanted me to buy insurance, which I have done in the past a few times depending on where the truck was going. This time I didnt because it was going local. She demanded to see my insurance card, demanded my phone, my brothers phone, my license, his license again even though wed already provided it. When I finally got my rental, which took a week as I had to take the day off, she didnt come out and go over the truck for existing dings. The only thing she did was tell us we would have to pay 4.50 a gallon for gas and would be charged for cleaning. I resent the power trip and rude behavior. It was obvious that she did not want my business and strongly resented being made to provide customer service. I dont know if it was because she is just rude or because I am in a wheelchair. UHaul isnt the only truck rental option. This location isnt even the only uhaul in my area. Rude isnt good customer service and I can say the she and the young man with her seemed more interested in the microwave brownies that they were fixing then providing service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I actually was late turning the vehicle in by a few hours. I received a courtesy call, but the lady that called was very understanding and instructed me on how to turn the vehicle in after business hours.

I'm extremely tech challenged. If I hadn't had a friend with me I honestly don't think I could have done the online check-in / check-out. Ans it took a little over 20 min to check in and my friend knew what she was doing. I also found the 79 cents per mile charge high. The truck left for us had a windshield sign that was extremely large to have in the cab with us. We didn't want to put it in the back and have it damaged by scraping along the floor or hitting the contents. I'm concerned since we weren't asked to take photos of the truck when we turned it in. We said it was in good condition when picked-up and yet I have no way of knowing if someone else came into the lot after drop-off and hit it or there would be kids looking for trouble and vandalized it etc. Obviously there wasn't a problem or I would have received a call. However, it's an isolated lot and no one would really notice anything going on unless they walked by (unlikely at its location) or specifically looked as they drove by. Mostly small issues but you asked for feedback.
