There was a change of location to pick up the truck and I was given an discount of $100 by a customer service rep. but when I got the invoice it didn't show the discount. I called a few numbers just to be told that the discount was included but he was not able to explain step by step.

First, the Uhaul employee who called to confirm my rental called at 0700, left no voicemail and proceeded to call until I picked up. It was not even business hours. She was also not helpful and actually booked my rental shorter than I had wanted. I only learned this when I went to pick the truck up. The employee at the uhaul location was not there on time. Despite Uhaul stating I could pick up the truck online, the service was unable to identify my location (my location was on and allowed for the site), AND the keys were inside the auto shop. If there was not an employee that day, I would not have been able to pick up the truck.

I was told to pick up the truck at 8:00 am . I hired a team to help me move. Classis Tire wasn't available to rent U-haul until :45. I had to pay extra to the crew as they waited for the truck. The owner was extremely rude when i asked him why they were late opening. He told me "do you want the trucks, if not leave". I was trapped and had to wait on him to give me the trucks. I reserved 3 dozen moving blankets for my move. Classic tire only had 1 dozen. I told him I needed 3 dozen , He replied "you problem is with U-haul. You didn't call me, so it isn't my problem". Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. I will never go to u-haul or recommend you to anyone and will post wherever I can how terrible service you provide.

This guy has an auto repair business and Uhaul seems to be a side gig. While he was doing our paperwork, he was also answering the phone and talking to customers about their car problems. Incidentally, I originally made my reservation at the Moorpark, Ca location. It's a few more minutes away, but the couple that runs it treats me like I'm their priority. They're friendly. I made the reservation with them because I LIKE doing business with them. Uhaul changed my reservation to the Giant Oak location. They said it was because that location is closer to my home.

I needed a truck that was closer to my home, but you guys changed my reservation due to lack of equipment. The guy at the place that I picked up my truck was a dickhead (didn’t want show me how to load the truck properly and asked if I knew how to read English). The guy that I dropped off the truck at was super nice and offered to help me back the trailer into the spot. You guys need more representatives that are helpful (like my dropoff location).

I was renting a Trailer on line and chose the U-Haul location on Hillcrest. But when I arrived I found out that they do not rent trailer so I had to go to the one at 304 Giant Oak to get the trailer.

Moses was very nice and accommodating! He helped me hook up the trailer, even though his crew was at lunch. Would bring additional business to him because he seems very honest and trustworthy.

Make sure All trucks windshields are clean. I was able to see but the sun was starting to set when I left the puck up location and was heading down a pretty steep grade and because the windshield was pretty dirty,it made my visibility difficult.

The owner of this establishment is rude and dishonest. I used the truck to go from his place of business to my home, and then to the Simi Valley Landfill, a distance of 10 miles, according to Waze. I made my drop off and returned the vehicle (another 10 miles) only to be told that I'd driven the vehicle nearly 40 miles. This was inaccurate and I believe it is because he misread the mileage on the vehicle when I took possession of it. And then he had the audacity to ask me if I thought the " truck was lying" when it said I'd gone 40 miles. NO, I don't think trucks can lie, but I do believe DISHONEST BUSINESSMEN CAN!

I filled out all the info while making the reservation. When I got to the store none of the info I inputted was in his computer. Not the store owners fault, he was very nice and apologetic about it, but why have me fill out all the info if he doesn’t get it on his computer?
