I was impressed with the Truck share mobile rental process up to the final step of U-haul providing my receipt upon payment / rental closeout. I completed my rental check-out and the online message said, '...check your email for your receipt.' My transaction receipt wasn't sent to me until late night the next day. Suggestion... text / email the customer, (AT THE TIME payment is processed) some kind of receipt--noting a finalized receipt will appear in your online account after U-haul completes their rental review in approximate "X" time-frame. Just sayin' ;)

BRADY S.Our reserved truck was not on site, apparently having been double-booked. This was not the fault of the staff at Postal Annex 15014. We, in effect, had to make another reservation. Local U-Haul management did not offer us any compensation for the stress-inducing inconvenience, which delayed our move.
