Dropped off where requested by onsite employees but there was no follow up after parking the trailer. I confirmed with the only employee I could find that I was good to go and left. Received a call 3 days later from Uhaul asking when I was going to drop off the trailer I had already dropped off.

Nobody was there for the drop off, tried to drop off a day early so it wasn't on a holiday and to see it I could get partial refund, knocked on the door and called multiple times and could not get ahold of anyone.
Lucas B.I requested an appliance dolly and drove 50 miles to open the back and not have one. I should have checked before we left but there wasn't anyone there and we were on a time limit so it really wouldn't have mattered anyway a uhaul used to come with a dolly so if your gonna charge for the thing put in there you had to jobs key in box dolly in back. Talk about an inconvenience. Can't wait to be sore as hell tomorrow
Colton T.I have rented U hauls previously and this was just awful. The online check in was a total failure and I had to end up selling a route manager to get me checked in a d for the code to unlocked the key. The cargo van was absolutely filthy. It smelled awful. I was hauling a couch to my daughter and had to lay blankets down in the cargo area bc it was so dirty. On my return trip, I got pulled over bc the tail lights werent working also. Customer service non existent. Just sit on hold for 20-30mins only to be told " the hood time has expired". At returning the van, the check out on my phone charged me a 25.00 cleaning fee which I will be disputing bc it was filthy when I picked up and I posted pictures and comments on the online check in when I picked it up. There was no one at the pick up/drop off to talk to about the issues, or to assist with the check in/ out process. I will NEVER NEVER rent a U haul again!!!!! Worse customer experience ever.
