The lady behind the desk was so rude she sound like she didn’t like her job and the gentleman the young man actually who I was talking to he starts a whole Nother conversation with her while I’m talking to him. It just was not a very good experience at all. The only thing that was good and well was the vehicle and the services provided for me to do what I needed to do in moving my furniture. That’s it!

Agent should inform the customer that there is a NEW $20 charge for returning the vehicle overnight. This is a new policy and should be communicated, as the wry small print is sure to go unnoticed, as it did in my case. Customers hate to be nickel and dimes to death by multi million dollar companies!

Terrible. The ignition was stuck, practically broken. It took forever to try to get the car started, the light switch was loose and fell into the front panel of the car the mileage was only available in kilometers, and the gas level was WRONG! I received a quarter tank but the paper said it was almost filled. The ONLY reason why I’m giving this place a good review is because of your employee Alfredo Valentino. Upon returning the truck he was attentive, patient, listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. Definitely went above and beyond and represented the company with a very high level of customer service.

kB the associate in the store was so great to me. He helped me out making sure i was able to get my belongings moved. However the customer service number itself was horrible. I reserved two days in a row only for them not to have the vehicle i reserved when i arrived. What’s really the point of the reservation if they don’t honestly reserve the vehicle not once but twice. It’s an inconvenience to people who may be on a time schedule like i was. But the associates in the store especially kb would be the only reason i refer someone to the store. Just for the in store tire service and comfort they give you

Renting the truck This was one of the worst user experiences . It's as if all the staff were trained with opposite information. Basically no one knew what they were doing. I interacted with people on the phone all giving wrong information. Promised things that didn't happen. There were 3 people at the Newark location . Only one had answers and knew what he was doing. The other two had to ask him about everything . My helper not only knew no answers to any questions but her long nails impeeded her ability to use her hands. Typing each key separately with one long fingernail, making her literally incompetent.

I had scheduled a pick for 9AM, when I get there they tell me that my truck scheduled was changed to 330 pm and they didn't send me a letting me know that my scheduled time was changed, I saw the saying that if they didn't keep up with the scheduled time they were giving 50 dollars back but they didn't keep there promised.
