Supposed to use self checkout. It did not work. The guy at the counter made me wait 10 minutes for my actual res time and it still did not work. The truck had gum and paper all over. Ordered blankets, but they did not have any. Over that location.

The 19.99 advertisement is very misleading, to go less than 50 miles and be charged Over 100.00 Was not expected, the cab of the truck was filthy with crushed chips and water bottles left from the previous customer, will not use u-haul again

Van smelled strongly of marijuana when we picked it up. It was also a bit odd to pick it up from a gas station, but the person who helped us was very nice. He was quick, efficient and friendly.

I went to pick up my UHaul at 3pm at 4600 Ogeltown. When I got there, they said they could not help me and sent me to a different location. I got to the new location and they told me I had to go back to the original one. This happened twice before I got my UHAUL. Please tech your reps common sense and problem solving skills. What a joke.

I have had 2 poor experiences with u-haul and will not be using this company for my next move. Most recently, I picked the truck up Saturday morning, 4/15 and returned it that evening. We used the truck for fewer hours and miles than estimated, refueled it and made sure to sweep the back before return. Monday morning, I received a receipt billing me for 2x the amount I should have been charged. I was charged for 2 days of use, plus 2 days of insurance and a $25 cleaning fee. I called immediately and the rental location said they were unable to help me. I filed a customer objection early Monday morning and I am still waiting for a phone call from an area representative Wednesday. This is the second time I have been overcharged at my return location for a uhaul rental and the second time I have been left waiting for a resolution. Even with a positive resolution the current issue, I will not be using uhaul again. Fool me once...

Went to the station to reserve yh he truck next day. Told you have to do it on line at home. Turned it in and asked what I was charged. He said over $100.00 it Will be on your credit card bill. only drove 40 miles plus $19.95 it should have been less. Well see.

Make sure that the owners are not charging customers extra for services such as mileage and gas. Notice similar complaints in the past about over charge to customers.

Rented online. Drove to location listed on reservation - only problem, the location was closed for major renovation/construction. Large chain linked fence and construction workers. Had to call 800 to find a different location. Guy on phone was nice/helpful. Clerk at new location for reservation was a total jerk... To busy talking on the phone in some unknown language while supposedly also working on my reservation. Same guy when I returned, complained where the truck was parked - duh, with the other trucks instead of in the spot I picked it up from - oh wait, two cars in that space. Sorry to bother him.
