This setup is not ideal. I was told by U-Haul I could pick equipment up after hours. That is not true. This business closes at 2 pm during the week and is gated. I missed one day with my equipment. When I went to pick up the next morning, the person was not there and I had to wait for him to get back. This was during normal business hours.

Person did not explain to us that they changed our reservation to 1 day- we called and requested a 2 day truck. She did not go out to truck with us just sign forms and someone would call us. We spent a lot of money and had way too many calls that we had to make because of lack of communication.

This location was very slow with processing the payment, and the individual did not seem very computer literate. I was unhappy with the time it took to process payment and sign documents just to pick up the key to the truck being rented. This is not the location I wanted to receive a pick up from so I was unhappy with the experience overall.

This location was very helpful, but this was my 3rd location drop off attempt. Your dispatch send me to a location that didn't accept trailers, they he send me to a location down the road that also didn't accept trailers. The second location helped me get in touch with dispatch who send me to this 3rd and final location. It took me 1.5 hours to return the trailer. This is unacceptable with a computer dispatch. You shouldn't send a customer to a location that can't help them. Particularly when you are in a foreign location. You should fix this. May not rent again due to this.

Be more honest. Undisclosed $1 "environmental fee". Charged for 1.5 gallons of gas : only drove 22 miles and added 2 gallons of gas. Van could not possibly have used 3.5 gallons over 22 miles (6.3 mpg???). Biggest gripe against rental companies is their lack of honesty and UHaul has shown me why.

facility was dirty and musty. Uhaul says theres a $25 charge for not folding moving blankets, but I was issued UNfolded and WET blankets. This is unacceptable.

The particular trailer that I rented was the worst towing unit ever. It acted like it had square wheels so it hopped all over the road, regardless of load or speed, it was really bad about 30mph. I tow a lot of trailers and this is the first like this. All the others that I have rented from this same place were great.

U-Haul offers a "drop-off after hours" feature. We rented our truck on a Saturday, and then on Sunday this place closes at 1 pm, so naturally we would have to drop it off outside of hours. Unfortunately, this place does not have a lock box, so there is no way to drop off the key in the way that the U-Haul website tells you to. So we had to go back again the next morning, and were almost both late to work because we had to wait for the owner to come to give him the key. Again, a nightmare. Nothing went the way it was supposed to.

There are several problems with this location: 1) it is not very big so it is difficult if there are trucks being returned and picked up at the same time 2) there was only one person working and there was a line of at least 6 people waiting- this one person was answering phone calls, receiving trucks being returned and renting out equipment and was very confused as to who was doing what. The office was also very dirty. 3) the person working asked me to back up the truck I was returning which had a car dolly attached so that another truck that was being picked up could exit. I tried to back up the truck with the dolly but it was extremely difficult and told him I could not do it so I handed him the keys so that he could do it himself. It turns out that he couldn't back up the truck either so why they ask customers to do things that they themselves cannot do is beyond me. He proceeded to unhook the dolly where it was and physically pulled it to where it was going to be stored. 4) when I turned in the keys of the truck they took the truck to the back and then came back to tell me that it was a day late which it was not- I had the original contract and I in fact was returning the truck on time. He then proceeded to tell me that the gad tank was not full which again was not true because I had just filled it immediately prior to returning the truck but because he had already taken the truck away and he was all confused he still charged for the tank of gas that was supposedly not full. This location and the service is terrible, I will never recommend it and will never do business with them again.

We had the trailer until 4 and they were closed at 2:30 when we went to drop off. This forced us to take it to a different location. Very dissatisfied.

The trailer was in good condition but the location was not the best. The office was difficult to find and smelled very moldy and musty.

The day before I was to pick up the truck I was told it was only available in Newark DE which is about 30 minutes father for me to drive. I had movers coming at 9:30 and my pick up time was given as 9:15 am so I had to pay my movers for a 1/2 half of standing around.

He locks the u-halls in the storage side, which made me feel safe about picking it up but I was only able to get in because the gate was already open. Maybe have a number to call so he can open the gate or something.

Pickup and dropoff was fast and conveinent. I would definitely rent a U-Haul from this location again.

Uhaul changed my location for pick up much further away thus costing me more money in gas and miles. The lot attendant wouldn't let me have the truck until 10 even though they were open at 9. The pick up lot was unplowed and not salted making driving difficult and almost causing an accident with my personal truck. The uhaul truck was still snow covered as well.
