Employee behind the desk was asleep when I showed up, and did not wake up to help me. Then who I assume was his wife had to help me. The vehicle was covered in dirt and scratches, and the passenger side mirror was cracked and basically unusable. Even the alley where the vehicles were parked was full of trash. Worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.
