Service in the shop took a while to sign us in, didn't really know what they were doing. They also forgot the furniture pads and dolley we had reserved. Van looked I'm decent condition, but was dirty. The van we rented broke down with our load in it, uhaul helped us, but we still ended up stranded for about 3.5 hours. The shop itself was not reachable, wouldn't answer their phone, and acted like that had no idea what we were talking about when we stopped by later (without the van, which had to go to the mechanic). They then also charged us full price even after we got stranded. Absolutely terrible customer service, would recommend that no one ever rent from them. I understand stuff breaks down, but being ignored in that situation is unacceptable.

Joel EThough it was not uhaul’s fault that the other customer returned the van so late. Waited for an hour and 20mins finally contacted customer service they helped me out and I was still able to rent the van I want. I could’ve easily give 5 stars but I wasted 1 hour of my time standing outside the store waiting. But overall it was good.
Jesse TMy reservation was at 9am. I didn’t get the vehicle until 10:15am. The girl at the grocery store is new and she didn’t know how to check in for me. She asked for 6 of my contacts numbers at least 20 times. On my way to return the vehicle, received a call from U-Haul saying I am late returning the truck. The guy was very very rude. If I didn’t get the vehicle 75 minutes late, I wouldn’t have been late for all my schedules for the day. Give me a break. The location is horrible and won’t return for sure. The customer service of u haul is even worse. Have never encountered such rude service in my whole life. You guys should know hire better people who know customer service.
