I dropped off the trailer on monday april7th after 5 oclock no one was there 3 days later I recieve an e mail reciept showing they had hit my card for an additional 30.00 for an extra day saying it wasnt returnrsd till the 9th Intried to call them had to leave message no one has returned my call. i expect this matter to be resolved.

No one was there for the pickup, I had to call the number Uhaul provided to speak with the lot. The person running it was not on location and had me do everything online on the phone. The trailer itself had some cosmetic damage which isnt a big deal, but the trailer had no working lights. I had to contact roadside assistance to make the trailer be in working condition. The trailer had a bad wire harness and connector making the hazard, turning, breaklights, and clearance lights not work. This is something that should be inspected before anyone gets the option to rent the trailer.

FRED FNo one was present at the drop off site, so it was not possibl e to check in to complete the contract for the return. No one answered repeated phone calls for three days to confirm check in on the rental trailer, so I received repeated automated emails threatening non-compliance of the contract and reporting of the trailer being stolen. A most unpleasant and stressful experience I never want to repeat. Everyone I called at U-Haul claimed they were from out of the service area (due to routinting of the call twice and the pick up location once), so no one would help with this situation. Over five calls to the drop off location never resulted in a contact or response, and only after finally getting in contact with the regional operations office with my situation did someone from there contact the drop off location and they finally confirmed the trailer had indeed been dropped off and the contract was finally checked in three days later.
