Poor service. Waited over 35 minutes just to start the process. Incorrect charges caused multi delays in getting out the door. Again, same issue when returning. Was told to wait outside until they could get to me. Person behind the counter didn't know how to work the system. Very frustrating. I was suppose to get a credit for one day but had to walk away because it would have taken another 30 minutes to get my credit back. Ridiculous. Will never rent from them again.

I choose uhaul every time I move, and this has been the only bad experience I've ever had. The uhaul leaked, and it was raining some when I moved, luckily it was only plastic toys that got wet and not my wood furniture. When I told the representative he just brushed it off and didn't seem to care at all. The blankets I ordered were just thrown in the truck not folded or bagged. I can deal with not bagging them, but it was like my kids messy bed. And they weren't clean.

The pickup location was filthy, there was a language barrier and the clerk was very rude. Also, the clerk was smoking a cigar in the store so I had to go outside. It took us almost 2 hours to return the truck because they tried to charge me twice as much and when i called customer service I had to talk to 3 different people. Every customer service representative was amazing. It was not the Uhaul employees that made this stressful move worse but the clerk they had dealing them. It caused so much more stress than it should have.

Reserved at another location on line, Uhaul made reservation here. Had to drive by 2 other Uhaul sites that had trucks to get to this one. Called to check on reservation, had to call back later when owner was there, staff couldn't answer question about registration. When i arrived it took over 30 minutes to fill out rental agreement. Truck had not been swept out and cab had dirt and sand in it. This site is a convenience store and the owner charged me $10 to leave my car there while i had the truck. I doubt i'll use Uhaul again and i definitely will not go back to this store for anything.

Get rid of the person running it!!! He got nothing right about my order, blamed it on me, said I made the reservant ion that way, I walked in and told him I wanted a truck for friday evening around 5 to 6 pm, would bring it back sat afternoon around 4 to 5. I picked up the truck around 5 on friday. Had it back on sat around 3 pm. Like I said. Uhaul called me around 4 and asked if I waneed the truck, that I had till 6 pm to do what I needed to do. I informed that agent what my intentions were and he said ok. If your people don't pay attention any better than thay, you need to get better help. Then when ys, when i had it less than 24 hours, the math dont add up. The agent at the store said it had just over a quarter tank of fuel, well it was really a little below. I got back he charged me for 2 day, how do you figure you can charge for 2 day

Pick up location was being maintained by a teenager who barely spoke any English. He didn't understand how to use he U-haul software. The pick-up transaction took over an hour. I never received any printed paperwork or receipts. I had to call three uhauls in my one way location selection to see if they were expecting a trailer from me. I had no idea where I was supposed to drop the thing off. When I went to pick up the trailer, I had to pull the trailer from overgrown brush (by myself, mid-summer day) to my vehicles location. Terrible, frustrating experience.

Got charged an extra 34 $ because could not find a uhaul place open because we needed a jack to lift uhaul trailer off truck hitch. I hope I don't need to rent another item from Uhaul and would not recommend their services.

I personally had to log into your system and set my own rental agreement, then to top it off, I had to dig my furniture blankets out of the back of a trailer, fold then, count them, and load them in my rental. Will never use or recommend that location to anyone for any reason.

The associate was very rude and unprofessional. He appeared to be racist. I was there prior to two white females. He waited on them and other white customers before he finished my transaction. I was only dropping off. The associate went as far as telling a white customer, "I'm helping you out". She appeared stunned by his comment and even commented to him that "this man was first". That's when he informed her that he was helping her out. I will not return to H&M Citgo to shop nor rent a U-HAUL. I had a friend with me that can and will verify this information. Thanks,
