I rented a utility trailer and it has a coupler with a screw down latch. These are a real pain to use, especially after they have had a lot of use. I would recommend replacing those with couplers with a lever latch. Other than that everything worked great and it got the job done.

Returning equipment was difficult due to your website not being able to upload pictures. Location was closed and had to leave trailer on the side of road which was safe but but not secure.
