Dear Sir or or Madam, Your representative has promised a refund of $260.00. Reason for refund is that the truth size was changed, without prior consent. This led to multiple mobility issues. I was unable to enter the truck without help or having to use a step still to get in the truck. Increasing the riski of injury. This led to added stress, to an already stressful situation. On weekends (mornings) when you anticipate a high volume of rentals, more than one person should staff the counter to expedite the check-in process.

I requested a guaranteed pick out at 7 am from the Oshkosh Location (when they open), then I was told that I had to drive to Neenah to get it and the pick-up location didn't even open until 8 am. I'm very disappointed and I would like some money back, due to the issue I had issues getting into my new apartment in La Crosse. You also over changed me, when I reserved a truck it was around 106, then with the protection plan and fees, it should ave been around 130 instead I ended up paying over $200. This is the first time I have had issues with you but it will probably be the last time I use you with all the shit I had to deal with.

Maintain the vehicles and trailers properly. The trailers right side blinker and brake lights didn’t work. We have had issues with the trucks in the past as well.

There was some hidden (unexpected) expenses. Example rent truck for $39.99 yet when when I was finished with the truck the total bill was over $100.00 plus gas cost.

I had no issues with this rental at all. I was in and out of the location both at pickup and drop-off. The trailer was exactly what I expected.

I selected the truck share 24/7 option, which allows you to skip the counter and get going on your own. The key code lock was not on the back and the key was not in the vehicle. I had to go inside the store to get the key, even though I noticed that they had key code locks hanging on the wall. Also, the appliance dolly I ordered was not in the truck. I got to the move location, realized it was missing, and drove back to the U-Haul location to inquire. They were severely understaffed and it took several minutes just to get someone's attention. After that, the guy went to look for a dolly and disappeared for 10 minutes. My boyfriend flagged someone else down. It turned out that they were out of dollies...! Why didn't anyone tell me that when I got the key? We ended up borrowing a dolly from the floor of the hardware store; but man, was this a headache for us to kick off the beginning of a long day moving.

Make sure your person at the counter knows the rules. I was told there wouldn't be a mileage charge for going over the 47 alotted miles in the rental just as long as it was turned in within the 24 hours... i was charged for it anyway after drop off.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come out to drop off the truck. Otherwise they were awesome!

I started off excited to try the online log in. I first got a little frustrated that I had to be on site to get started, but fine, whatever. I had to submit images of my driver's license. Weird, but fine. I then had to wait 10 minutes for someone to confirm that I am me. This would have been fine if I had been able to submit it the night before, but I had to do it on site, meaning I had to sit in the car and wait. After 10 min of no response, I went inside. I had to wait another 5 minutes to be helped, and when I asked to confirm that the furniture cart was included, the employee had to hunt around and eventually salvage one from the store for me to use. If I could have smoothly used the digital checkout without waiting for a human to confirm, it would have been 5 stars (well, 4 because I still would have needed to get the cart). However, in the current form, I was very disappointed
