Better customer service, got rerouted to Ashland 4x, inaccurate fuel capacity on the sheet so I overfilles the tank and was double charged for Dolly and moving pads after being checked back in 2 hours after drop off. Poor experience for the money.

This location has new staff constantly. And does not seem to have enough staff to service. Their volume. I encountered mew staff that were not that familiar with the trailer hook up. Both pu and ret I encountered a plugged drive and work area. So many rentals being returned that staff could nit keep the area flowing. Long delays and clearly behind work flow. As a twice monthly rental user I find this site close but consistently bothersome. Maybe better pay and added staff would make the experience smoother.

Complete horror show of a rental experience. I booked my truck two months prior to my move, selected a location, and then two days before - UHaul contacts me via text (only because I signed up for text alerts - I never received an email or a phone call) and let me know the location changed to over an hour away to pick up our truck!! I called to fix the issue and they just kept saying “massive overbooking this weekend” and “not enough trucks for our renters.” Long story short, we got a location about 20 minutes from our house we were willing to go to. We showed up an hour early and OUR TRUCK WAS NOT THERE. Again, same excuses were given. The clerk called local stores and found us a truck in our size - at the original location we had selected. At this point we are exhausted by the lack of communication from UHaul, and deeply disappointed. About two minutes later, by sheer dumb luck, a customer returned his 20' truck hours early, and we were able to take that. We had movers scheduled at 10am, and it was supposed to be a smooth transition. Absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like we completely overpaid especially for all of their screwups.

I'll be calling management to complain once my move settles. The latch was broken and I had to fix, pushing my move late into the night and you charged me for 2 days as a result? Total BS

Staff at Natick very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Great customer service. Seemed short staffed for checking in vehicles/working the front desk at the same time (probably due to pandemic staff shortages)

I dropped the van off after hours and the lock box was broken so I had to call customers service and make arrangements to hide the key. This added 45 minutes to my drop off experience.

The front end needed work. Tie rods may need replacing. Very dangerous to drive. But this is the first time I have ever had an issue with this location. I will rent from them again, they are very nice and helpful people that work there.

Vehicle has maintenance light on. The vehicle is gas guzzler. Fuel gauge did not work properly.

Reserved truck on-line. Waited 50 min in line to get my vehicle - unexpectable. After hours return process is complicated, all rentals I used before was just "leave a car, drop keys in key box", here long filled on smart phone form, or you face $20 extra charge.

The cargo van was clean but the windows had a film on the inside that created glare. Quite a few dings and dents on my vehicle but nothing major. The customer service has improved dramatically from two years ago when I repeatedly had to wait 20-30 minutes (or more) to both rent and return. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly but he was short-staffed (his co-worker had a death in the family).
