Washing the windshields on the trucks would be nice...it's hard for customers to do without the proper tools - mine was very buggy and the windshield washer/wipers could not clean it well....other than that - the Natick location does a great job,,,very efficient,,,Arthur is the man to see!!

Just wanted to say that we have been using this location frequently over the last few weeks. The staff have been very helpful and efficient. I always remark what a good experience that was whenever I leave. Moving is stressful and if this part of it can go smoothly that helps a lot.

I mentioned to the person on staff that the fuel was actually lower than shown on the check-out sheet at the point of pick up. I was told I should bring it back at 1/4 tank and the staff member said they’d adjust the notation of fuel level to that point. Then I brought the truck back ABOVE that level, and still got a fuel refilling surcharge. It’s a $13 charge I now have to spend significant time disputing. That frustrates me, as you can imagine. Otherwise a great location with excellent staff. This experience has been annoying and seems to be at this point held up in U-Haul corporate bureaucracy. Please fix this issue. My rental contract was all messed up and I paid more than was expected for the truck. In addition the mileage recorded on the bill is incorrect and now I have to call to correct it. I wish there was more attention paid to things so that the customers expectation would be met and there could be a trustworthy relationship between the customer and company.

The registration site sent me to 113 Irving Street in Framingham to pick up my vehicle. So i did.......however they don't have rentals there any more!! Wasted a good 2 hours. Some smart person in the company should remove sites no longer renting vehicles!!

Unfortunately, I've run into a problem with this rental,,,,, I returned the vehicle the same day and they charged me for a second day. I used the email provided at the bottom of the page when I received my receipt,,, but NOTHING has been done - no contact. I guess I'll have to go down to the rental place and hash it out in person. A bit disappointing and a hassle for a mistake on U-Haul's part.

The vehicles do turn over quickly and I understand, but the interior was sticky and smelled really strongly of deodorizer. No big problems for me, but may be for others.
