I had 1 reservation for a 20' truck in Natick Ma. to be picked up in Salisbury Ma. & when I got that one straighten out for a pick up in Natick the U-Haul rep cancelled it & insisted that the customer, ME, cancelled it!! The the second one I then set up (17', no 20') was also cancelled and then replace w/ the a 17' truck in Natick but I hour later. When I picked up the truck @ 7:00 P.M. I asked the manager (Kalim Desir, great guy) about the 2 other trucks that I set he check records and said both trucks were available at my times in Natick. Your 2 reps suck, unprofessional, and the second one was rude. I would go to another rental agent in the future, U-Haul wasted a lot of our time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guy didn’t even tell me where the truck was just through me the keys! Expecting me to know where the trucks where. He made an error on my reservation and I had to wait 20 mins before he came back to fix it.

Customer Service was very poor when I was locked out of my truck. I kept calling the location and answering service kept answering and saying they'll "reach out to them to find out the most convenient way for them to respond". This was offensive and no sense of urgency, nor a protocol to handle urgent problems. Kamil at the location made things right and you guys are luck to have an employee like him. Take care of him! And upgrade your protocols to handle urgent problems!

The mobile rental process needs a lot of improvement. It was actually more difficult than just going to the counter. In fact, I had to go to the counter and wait in line to get the key, defeating the whole purpose. Return wasn't much better. All of the photos for verification were onerous. If you want more data and to reduce your costs and streamline your operations, you need to extend some trust or people will only use it once.

The gentleman whom gave me the tow dolley was very polite, but I did not receive my truck at this location. It wasn't in the location I had reserved and I had to drive 20 miles to pick up the truck, and another 20 just to get the dolley. I will not be giving you money for gas, because I was given the truck with that (under 1/4) and I had pulled forward and put 50$ in almost immediately. The tolls I am fine for being charged, but i will not pay for the extra miles that your company forced me to drive, and I will not put more gas in the tank than I was given. I have a pregnant wife and a child to take care of, not a business called uhaul. Needless to say this was a terrible Experience, and your only saving grace was how polite the people in south hill, Virginia were. If you would like I can offer a picture of how I picked it up, but I refuse to ever use uhaul again because of this experience.

Not particularly having to do with this location - but, the cost difference from my original quote for local to a one way was astronomical! Unfortunately, the young man at this location really wasn't able to explain the extra charges to me so the sticker shock was ... well SHOCKING! I called and spoke to a woman on the phone at this location and she was very dry, non-sympathetic and otherwise did not seem to care.

Make sure the paperwork matches the request. I was texted that I was to drop off the truck in a different City than I was going to. I had to call back to have this changed.

I waited in line for 30 minutes while they fought with a customwr on the phone. They eventually did a speaker-phone call with the manager and speaker-phoned the customer. We heard it all. I was next in line and the staff was snappy with me. She spoke over me and tried to rush me. The truck I asked for over the phone and promised was not a one-way truck. I needed to bring it back to the sane store. I pais more for miles than the actual rental. I have used this store 3 times in the last two years. NEVER AGAIN! I will spread the word about terrible customer service.

Fix computer reservations. Had a confirmed reservation for 8/11/18 @ 12 noon. Reservation was cancelled and rebooked for 5pm . 5 friends had to wait 5 hours for the truck to help me load it. Explanation was "it is a common occurrence" A newer reservation would bump your reservation. Absolutely ridiculous ! VERY ANNOYING... May never rent from Uhaul in future.

It would be nice to have the trucks gas tanks filled when we receive them instead of just partially or to offer a free furniture dolly with larger rentals. Otherwise the employees were very responsive and helpful and the experience went very well.

Two bits of feedback: The very good staffer at the Natick MA site, Karen Dawson, was all alone there both in the morning and afternoon, unable to do more than quickly deal with customers and calls. Seemed extreme and unreasonable--if you want to keep good employees. The odometer reading was written in my contract as "Full," but when I looked at it shortly after leaving, it was below "F" on the gauge. I called to tell them and got the offsite answering service, because the Natick site was too busy, and I didn't get to discuss it with the person who helped me (Karen Dawson) until I returned the vehicle; but she couldn't do anything for me at that point, so I was out $3-4 or so after filling it again to Full. Lesson learned about checking the gauge before driving off.
