Service was way too slow. Waited 40 minutes in line for a pre-checked-in rental. Staff did not know how to use software, or software didn't work properly.

In and out, never had to get out if the truck. What I expected at pick up site
Very rood Staff. No communication at all . Felt it was a burden asking for their time. While they were chatting with each other.Even though I called and asked for hour extension they charged full day .

I haven't needed to rent a truck for a while due to owning a 17' cube truck but we had a job that required a 26' box truck. My first call to Andrew solved all my problems. Mason and his dedicated crew made sure all our needs were met while keeping us safe through the process. I'll be back again. These guys and gals are the best. Thank you.
I had a truck for 6 hours and somehow incurred a $25 cleaning fee. Cab was completely clean and back was empty except for the rented furniture pads. Very unhappy about this and won't rent from uhaul again based on this experience.
The vehicle we reserved was not available on our reservation date and we had to drive very far to reach the location where they had our reserved vehicle.
I was satisfied-being very pleased with the service provided. I hope this and all U-Haul Centers continue to give good services. Thank you.
The gentleman running the store was excellent, attentive and extremely helpful during the rental process.
Due to COVID and distance requirements customers are required to shout their information over to reps. I understand this is for safety of reps. This however is a caused of concern because you never know who is listening and taking note of the information. Maybe look into a way to gather the required information without customer having to yell it across the floor
I was supposed to pickup the trailer in Franklin, MA. but had to go to Natick, MA.
Super fast check-in and out. Just do the online part in advance.
Slow and unfriendly service. As a customer, I felt like I was an annoyance. Zero appreciation or understanding that there would be no Uhaul business and no employees without customers. Also i was completely gouged on fInal pricing. I used the equipment a shorter time than planned via the reservation but paid double the stated price. Manager was to follow up via a phone call but never reached out.
The folks at the desk were the best part of the experience. Pay raises are in order!
The Mobil pickup app was not bad, but the user experience can be improved.
Took too long, employees are busy on there own cell phones and joking antics. Shouldn't take 30 mins to get a trailer if I already checked in.
Non-eventful - Got in - took care of the paperwork - hooked up - did the required delivery task - returned the trailer - checked it back. Done.
Horrible experience. I was asked to provide emergency contact which then the individual contacted however they did not pick up. I was told they could not rent to me although I have rented a vehicle from this location multiple times in the past four years. The link to the U-Haul site to upload your license wasn't working and when the phone systems were down this week the sales associate said maybe I did not pay my phone bill which was offensive and extremely frustrating to hear
Try hiring people that have some sense of customer service. People at U-Haul are worse than the DMV. And stop ripping people off with ridiculous unnecessary fees. I was charged $20 extra for dropping off the trailer I rented early. Store was not open so they charged me a â€œconvenience â€œ fee. What is that!! You charge people for returning equipment early, and when no one is there to see you do so, you charge people $20. That's bull. U-Haul sucks. Too bad they hold a monopoly on the self moving industry.
Great initial renting experience but very, very disappointed with the $20 after-hour charge that I was made to pay after the email link failed to tell me I had to take a picture of the odometer and mileage until after I already locked the vehicle and returned the keys. After I called back the following morning, I was ignored and told it was my fault - terrible endpoint service.
The mobile pick-up and return was AMAZING! The actual approval time was a bit longer than expected, now that I know I will do that part before coming, but overall a much, much improved experience from the past with UHAUL having to wait in long lines inside. Thank you!
Awful service, with the exception of Georgia Gynan. I will never. Repeat, *NEVER* go here again.
2 hour wait. Only one employee in the entire facility. He did everything correctly one customer at a time and answered the phones. He deserves a gigantic raise and promotion. His manager should be fired!
