the prices are too high
The trailer was in wonderful condition and more than met my needs. The Natick U haul location is clean, well staffed, and has many items for sale to help with any trailering needs. I purchased my wiring harness there.
Professional , informative staff
Make sure the self hire no contact process works. The ap wouldn't access my camera to take a photo of my license so I had to queue to get the rental. Staff were great
Mobile app was not the best. I had several issues while uploading pictures - driver's license while picking up truck and pictures of truck during the return. UHaul natick was able to help me complete the process when I could not complete pick-up process on phone app.

The staff was fine, very busy, overloaded, unable to attend to customers properly. Please staff the location properly in the peak time or prepare the the equipment in advance, so that the staff is able to tend to customers rather than maintaining returned equipment, so that they would have something to rent out.

The place is OK. I had to change to Natick from a location much closer to my house. The way you charge by the mile, it was more expensive and tine consuming to work around UHaul's issues. Very inconvenient and costly. The return was a royal pain as well. Awful. Not happy with Uhaul at all.
The lady in that location needs training and needs to be more customer oriented. She needs not to send people to return addressed that do not exist. She had an attitude the morning I picked up the truck. I got the contract from her way past the hour noted on the contract. The truck was dirty and water leaked into my belongings. A really bad experience this time. It's not the first time I rented from U-Haul. This time was a fiasco.
Well I'm 72 years old when I rented my truck out front there was two sizes that were 1999 I chose the larger of the two because I wanted to make one trip when I picked my vehicle up the only one they had was the smaller one. I had to go out back in the ice and snow by myself to find it. So I started the truck up and the engine light was on and so I had to go into the building to ask someone to come out because no it was all over the back where you pull the door up how to make them do that and look inside but I couldn't see a thing it was dark out. Then I get this email about how to check off if this is perfect that was perfect whatever whatever but it was dark when I took the truckAnyways long story short I was very disappointed. I've use the service many many times and also the staff was very rude as well.
The man on duty had a great attitude. I missed his name, but he showed professionalism, kindness, and warmth. Not easy to do on a busy day in a mask. Very well-done. I'd go out of my way to use this location again.

I was defrauded by this location. It's not the small amount of money; but the principal of the matter and the way I was poorly treated when I called to request reimbursement. ~~~~ Returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when I left. Drove exactly 29 miles & purchased $20 in fuel just 1-block from the location. Took a picture of odometer & fuel level in their parking lot when returning, so I know the mileage & fuel level were accurate. On the receipt which U-Haul emailed to me, I was charged for 2.2 gallons of fuel for a total of $7.70. When I called the location, the agent placed me on hold while I waited to talk with a manager. I hung up after 16 minutes of silence. These people are dishonest pirates! I am contacting U-Haul International to report this fraud and poor treatment. When U-Haul changes the pick up location due to availability, they should also notify you that it will affect the drop off location as well, especially as a new customer. This was not made clear, And created a difficult and frustrating time between myself and the U-Haul rep. I would have used a different mode of transport if that had been made clear when uhaul sent a message that pickup location had been changed. Had to drive 30 miles extra to pick up, 30 back to where I originally had requested the pickup, then all over again to drop it off. Uhaul should have shown some leniency rather than passing the inconveniences on to the customer.
I have rented many pieces of equipment from UHaul, from a variety of locations. Although the Natick location is well stocked with equipment, and the equipment is maintained well, the customer service is atrocious. The attitude of the customer-facing personnel is rude, with an attitude that they are doing the customer a service by agreeing to rent equipment from them. Having been to this location more than once, and having talked to others who have been here, we all agree that our experience with the customer-facing personnel is terrible. Given the ubiquitous bad customer experience, I do not believe that the individuals can be re-trained to improve - they are just rude people to deal with. If not for the convenience of the location, I would not return here, and in the future, I will direct as much of my rentals elsewhere when ever possible.
