After a 30 minute wait we were given the keys to fetch our assigned rental truck which was blocked by two trailers, so we had to go back inside and wait again to have an employee move the trailers.

dropped off the trailer in the evening at the 24 hour drop off. the truck in front of where I dropped off had smashed in windows and mirrors. the air compressor line from the building was broken and leaking air. AND the next morning I was incorrectly charged a drop off fee. I contract specifically said this was the agreed drop off location.

This was an older truck with the check engine/oil light on when I rented it. It probably needs to be serviced though it ran great. The customer service staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for another great moving experience.

I needed to rent a truck for four days, not just two, and drop it off a another location. This was practically impossible: 1) it can't be done online 2) it can't be done at the local office; they told me to call corporate 3) I could not get through to the corporate office. It took me three tries, each time waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. Horrible. This is obviously a corporate problem, not a local one.

I've used this location many times and it's usually very good. This time was the exception. 1. The motorcycle trailer I reserved was not available due to a lighting problem. 2. They gave me a non-motorcycle trailer worked OK, but did not have the built in front wheel chock, so I had to be extra careful strapping in the bike. 3. Before leaving the store the staff said they would give me the trailer at the original rate fo rthe motorcycle trailer. Upon returning the trailer, I double checked the charge and they had charged me for the more expensive replacement trailer ($10 more per day than the motorcycle trailer) and additional insurance, which I had declined on my reservation. Had I not checked the bill would have been ~$35 instead of $15. So ... this experience was not as good as past experiences. If this had been my only experience I would not give them a positive recommendation.

2nd time in two weeks I've had an issue with receiving something, having it guaranteed, and then I get a notice about equipment not available. I needed a quick reservation, so found something that would work online later in the evening, and got the email confirmations. The next morning, I got a text to call the location and confirm, which I did, and was told I "should be all set", figured I was fine. When I was at the location a couple hours later, he couldn't find my reservation in the system, and then when I check my email, I see an email that says the equipment I reserved is not available at that location. DESPITE CONFIRMING IT. I'm done with uhaul. Fix your system.

We were not happy hearing that this would be the location to drop off as it was 24 miles from moving our son into his college apartment. However, when we got there, we understood. This was a main hub of U-Haul and this was an extremely busy weekend for them. They were friendly and the drop-off was smooth. They didn't charge us for the extra miles to get there as that longer trip put us over our limit.

actual locations helpful but not the ones I chose-I booked a reservation weeks in advance so I could pick up and drop off where I needed but the day of the move, UHaul changed everything without asking me-overall experience awful was awful awful- customer service when I called uhaul directly was awful- major attitude and extremely snotty- find another company to rent from

Customer service from the staff was way beyond outstanding. Our UHaul was ready on time - which is pretty incredible on the busiest week of the year! Staff helped us out with questions prior to rental and were extremely professional. Highest rate of satisfaction!

I would not recommend this to anyone. There was only one person running the store who clearly didn't want to be there. I could barely understand what he was saying. They make you agree to the fuel level before you even get in the car. I guess its my fault for accepting without looking. But they put pressure on you to just accept without looking. Especially when there are other people there you're not going to say hold on let me go check the level and walk around the building and check. I took a picture of the fuel level when I got in the car and it was not what was written on the contract. The paper had the fuel level at completely full and it wasn't. I replaced the pin to the same level I received it at and was charged a $27 fuel fee. I will never do business with this location again. I tried to call the customer service number and waited on hold for 25 minutes and realized its not worth fighting this because they won't do anything about it. Terrible service will never return.
