Our wipers would not work and this location was no help at all nor were they concerned. They over charged us for an extra day when the man working on Friday told us to have the truck back around 8:30 am on Saturday would be good. Then we did not sign any exit paperwork. He just said, â€œAwe, you're good man.â€ Very poor customer service!
Getting the truck was awful it took 3hrs to access the information in order to pick up the truck. Nothing should ever be that difficult.l liked the truck and the prices readable but unless you change the way you pick upthe truck l would never use your r recommend others to

I was not provided with furniture blankets or the dolly, but was charged for both. There needs to be a way to notify people based on location whether these items are available, because I expect a refund for the items I did not receive. Furthermore, the employee was rude when I asked about if they had a dolly: â€œNot here.â€ Then when I asked if he had a truck with a ramp, he laughed and said â€œnot available.â€ I did not find the situation humorous or pleasant in any way. My friends and I will be using Budget, Penske, or another competitor from here on out. Thank you for your time.
NOT this locations fault; but I reserved a truck at a location .5 miles from the pickup location, and got a confirmation the truck was there. Then, the afternoon before pickup, they told me I had to drive 15 miles to another location to get my truck. So much for your reservation system, very disappointed in service. No one even tried to make this easy on me, just made it easy on U-Haul. Will definitely consider a competitor for my future rentals.
cleaner equipment and equipment that is in working order. lights didn't work on trailer,had to disconnect,back up to a different dirty banged up trailer. swept it out myself too.

Master Mufflers on Lebanon Road was not a good starting experience. Pushing their opinion that the personal truck we were using would not work to tow an SUV. After a few discussions with different people in our group, eventually we moved our reservation to Coopers and everything worked just fine. 2019 Ford Ranger (with the full tow package and 6000 LBS hitch) pulled a 2004 Ford Escape just fine.
All way very easy
Upon arrival the gentleman who unhitched the truck had us wait for him to get off the phone with his 11 year old daughter because it was her birthday. He complained a lot, did not welcome us to the location and informed me that I was lucky he was there.
I wasn't given the equipment I ordered, the wait time was extremely long even though I reserved, and my bill was incorrect.
I would give a zero star if there was the option. This location has worst customer service ever.. only one person handling this from his car and getting a hold of someone on the phone is a nightmare and office is never open. They charged me extra more than what it was already agreed on the contract I called the guy at about it he is telling me you went extra miles but contract says 49cent per mile I was charged $13 for 10 miles extra. there is not honest customer service at this location I don't even recommend it for my enemy.
The site had no idea what was going on, he refused to answer his phone or come to the door so we could pick up the keys. It was so frustrating and time consuming that we lost our window to do what we needed with the truck so we canceled; only to wake up the next morning and the site had UNcancelled the appointment and charged us. We decided to go with another company.
The app did not work but Mr Cooper took care of everything.
The online experience was horrible. I filled out the application and once I got to my truck there was another 5 part step which made me refill out the application info in a different way. They said they were calling my alternate contact, who was sitting right by me, but they never got the calls even though the number was correct. The local person in the office was fantastic though.
Excellent plan in place during COVID
Mr. Cooper provided excellent service. The transaction, even during the COVID19 crisis, went smooth. I highly recommend UHaul over ANY other truck rental. Far superior. Thank you.

The man in charge was friendly and easy to work with. However I had trouble booking online, with friendly help from customer service it all got sorted. Somehow, even after that my van was not at that location. The man in charge got me sorted without extra fees but for the price, I should have at least had what I booked.
Charged for gas. I filled it upto the mark that I was given with.
I rented the truck at 10:45 for 24 hrs. Brought it back at 10:20 with some angry customers waiting for the truck. They proceeded to call me a butt hole and said it was a butt hole thing to do to make them wait. This is a very â€œhole in the wall U-Haul facilityâ€. Very highly unrecommended
I had called and reserved a truck. Was told it would be around $55. I didnt get any paper work or anything from them. I was charged $140.43 then another $22.64. When I had called to reserve the truck I also reserved an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. This location didnt have either so I used a regular utility dolly.
The screen would not display the mileage, so I have no way to prove that I didn't drive 70+ miles in the few hours I rented the truck. Scam me once, that's on me I guess, but I'll never give you the chance to scam me again.
