Let me get my stuff out of storage before I tell you
not enough staff working. Trucks were not clean and/or ready to go at time of reservation. took over an hour from the time we arrived to pickup to when we actually left with the vehicle which put us behind schedule. Nothing seemed to be working correctly during the checkout process.
Had to drive from Franklin to Nashville to pick up truck then to Spring Hill to pick up trailer. It took me 3 & half hours and 27 dollars of gas.
Manager was respectful.
Trailer had missing weather stripping, allowing rain to get in and ruin items inside.
The person who assisted when we picked up the truck was not at all prepared to use the system that she was using. The owner whose name is LeRoy was not helping her at all with her difficulty. We rented a dolly with our rental truck and were very upset to find out when we got home that it was not in our truck. We came to this knowledge because the owner, LeRoy called us to tell us , "Uh, you forgot your dolly. It was by the gate and you should have picked it up." I told him that we had not been instructed to grab the dolly that was parked by the gate. He was not helpful at all. To improve and help the next customer, it would be helpful it LeRoy had some customer service training,
It is impossible to reach anyone over the phone.
Van smelled funny. There should be a sign bec looks like you can make a left turn into the parking lot but there's no entrance. (Maybe I missed it). Overall excellent experience and I'd recommend.
Great experience, even though it was at least 20 minutes from original convenient drop off.
I will never use uhaul to move ever again. My truck was not ready/staged twice and my entire experience was unacceptable. The drop off location was not open this evening

The people at this location are awesome! The service people at U Haul not so much I was lied to about the truck and had to switch the original truck out and was billed for gas that wasn't even in the truck to start with! Horrible horrible time dealing with the U Haul service line!
Everything was great except we were rented a faulty van- the sensor on the back door had been fixed incorrectly so the sensor beeped the whole time we were driving. For $140 dollars I expect the equipment to be fully functional and not annoying! Especially because we took extra time to talk to an employee before driving away because I wanted to be reassured that first of all- there wasn't something wrong with the van and also that I wouldn't be charged for something I didn't cause. She indicated that she was aware of the problem so I didn't need to worry but she neglected to tell us that it would beep the entire trip. Overall I live this uhaul location but I may rethink my rental next time.
This is the second time in a year that we have rented moving equipment from this location. The extra service of hiring trusted movers has been grreat and this time it did not disappoint either. However the facility is a different experience. I am assuming that the facility is not comfortable with the "skip the line" app. Staff was rude, hostile, my confirmed order was missing 5 out of 6 pieces to the order and I was not notified when I picked up the truck. In fact Jeremy told my "what should I expect, that Saturdays are their busiest days". What I expect is that my confirmed order is complete or that I am notified when it can not be completed so that I can make alternative arrangements. I have had to go through Uhaul.com twice in regard to requesting a credit for items charged and not recieved and a week later have not heard from the general manager however I am hoping he follows up this week. We will not be using this location in the future, nor would I refer anyone to this location either. There are too many options where to go, we are all thrying to make a living in the era of COVID and continue moving forward with our lives, why make the process utterly miserable.
