They made ni notea to the drop off location that I specifically dicussed with her. I would not be dropping off until late evening and possible after hours. So drop off location called me at 1:30 pm asking me when I was going to drop off. Because my drop off time was sceduled for 12:30pm. After gping to the drop off location I learned that he had to drive it back to Nashville thats why they were wanting it back by 12:30pm. Also I reserved my uhaul a,week to two weeks prior to needing it. And the day before I was called and told they over booked and didnt have the size I reserved but was going to up grade at no addtional charge but I had to go to another location for pickup. I appericate the fact that they had a resolution for the problem prior to calling me.

I am not sure who emailed me the receipt for my drop off charge as there is no name- it just says. " please contact me at 77202 _AFM@uhaul.com" which is not a valid email address at all. I am trying to figure out why I was told my truck was due in on the 5th when I called to inquire about my drop pff location as this was not provided to me at pick up. I was not told I would be charged $70.27 for bringing it in on the 5th. I would have dropped it off on the 4th had the operator on the phone told me that was my final day. I am happy to wait for the call tape to be reviewed as I am certain this is what I was told. I will also contact customer service. This comment is not meant for Milton Johnson flooring, this is meant for U-Haul corporate.
