The location was fine but picking up the truck though the app was horrible. We were on hold for help over 40 minutes to get the keys because the app would not work. We were told the entire system was not working. Terrible experience picking the vehicle up.
Laura RWhen I arrived to pick up my truck I was told there were no blankets available and I had reserved 2 dozen of them. Needless to say I was not impressed that I had no blankets to pad my furniture with and I feel this was not acceptable.
Peggy DI don’t have a problem with this location. I do have a problem with the Uhaul app. It is NOT user friendly! It is slow and non responsive. It is impossible to know if it is uploading or if it is just stuck and then if you don’t complete the self check in you are charged a $20 fee. For a company that is working through the app with self check in and self check out, it is a very poor representation.
Robert Wpick up was accomplished by use of my cell phone. All went well until terms and conditions box was to be checked. The check box would not accept my finger touch. Progress on completing the application stopped. I contacted the chat line. No worker had knowledge as to what problem was causing the situation. I called for assistance from a person. The person from U-Haul who I spoke to had no idea what to do. I was told the app. was not working and I should go to the web site. I did so but still same problem. Finally, I was able to speak to a supervisor who promptly told me I need to highlight the consent words at the end of each disclaimer. I had only highlighted the first. After going to the end of the second disclaimer, I highlighted the consent and the program allowed me to continue. I spent more than an hour sitting in the truck before I was advised of the simple error by an U-Haul employee. This should have all bee avoided if the employees were educated to help with this simple error as the supervisor was able help me. It took an hour before I was allowed to reach the person with knowledge on the program. Sad
